Phew- I finished it! I know you wrote this a long time ago, but I just thought I'd tell you how much I loved it. It's fantastic! The amount of pain, action, heartache...but the best was the triumph.

I had a good laugh about the Dursleys dying by Dudley's hand. I can imagine the prophecy now: "The one with the power to vanquish the um, new Dark Lord has er, already been born...born to he who lived in the Dark Lord's cupboard and vanquished the other Dark Lord by sending a Golden Snitch through the Veil...Um, neither can live while the other survives and all that crap..." xD

I hope you find time to write a sequel - I'd love to read it!

I first read this in the final month or so before Deathly Hallows came out. I got this off a bit-torrent site where the uploader was passing it off as the actual seventh book. I knew it was fake, but I was so horny (figuratively) for Harry Potter at that point that I thought I'd give it a read.

I never expected to fall in love with this story like I did. I couldn't put it down. It had me sobbing like a little girl in some spots, which was a more emotional response than I experienced in any of the actual books combined did. Actually, no book has EVER done that me. Neither has a movie, song, or video game. So that really says something about this author's ability to bring on the waterworks! Chapter 33 in particular had me feeling drained after I'd read it!

It also pretty much caused me to fall in love with Ginny! I mean, I always thought she was cool, but after this, I would've been repetitively writing "Mr. Ginny Weasley" in the margins of my notebooks during class if I were still in school! ^_^

Some of the content felt a little gratuitous from time to time. And I would've like to see more of characters like Neville and Luna. But the story on a whole is good enough that these are pretty minor issues in the grand scheme of things.

I'd recommend it to any Harry Potter fan. Ideally, it would've been best to read it around the time I did: shortly before Deathly Hallows was released. Upon the second readthrough I couldn't help compare this plot to that of the actual series finale.

My hard drive crashed recently, and I came to this site to find this story again. I logged in for the first time about seven years simply to review this.

Wow, it's amazing how close this story is to JKs. Only this one is better I think. I love hers, but somehow I find this one better because it's action packed. But it's great how you had some of her ideas as well, such as the tiara being the same as the one in her story. I also liked how they lived at Hogwarts. Pansy Parkinson also betrayed Harry, as she tried to do in the Deathly Hallows. It was great how Draco ended up helping Harry in the end. I was surprised that Dudley turned out to be a wizard though. I can totally see him becoming a Dark Lord...

You know? I've been looking all over the place for this fic. I actually read it around the time the DH was finally on the stores. I downloaded it from a p2p link, thinking it was the original, and even after I had found it wasn't, I couldn't stop reading. It was (IS) that good. This chapter is one of the bests. Funny how, even with all the diferences, you nailed many of the canon things, and the ones you didn't, I have to admit you got better.

OH. MY. GOD. THE ENDING. That is so smart of you, I can't believe it.

This should have been the 7th book. It is FAR and I mean, FAR better than DH.

Please, please write a sequel! This story is amazing! I loved it and you had me wondering what would happen after each chapter. I'm actually glad it was already completed because I would never had the patience to wait for updates!

My first thought was... woman, you ARE psychic. Harry in some weird state of mind talking with Dumbledore at the end of the fight - wonder where I've read that before... haha.

This chapter was genuinely touching.

OH MY GOD. I'm just like, reading the Harry parts and thinking OMG WHAT IS HE GOING TO DO (draught of living death - I LOVE IT.) and then reading the parts with the others is so frustrating because you're like HURRY UP ALREADY AND GO SAVE HIM and ah. I wonder how you're going to save Harry... I'm pretty sure you're going to, just not sure how. The situation seems really hopeless right about now.

LOVE IT.

Woo! Unexpected plot twist! I always love that.

And even though he doesn't make an appearance in this chapter at all, I have to mention I think it's kinda weird Snape is actually evil in this story. But who knows, that might change... IDK I just ALWAYS saw him as the good guy (except while reading PS for the first time, LOL.)

And I loved the distant goat joke. Made me laugh.
Fluorescente 2008-07-28 . chapter 29
When I was reviewing the previous chapter, I knew there was something I wanted to mention that I absolutely LOVED but I couldn't remember what it was - it just came back to me, the lightning bolt thing. I adored that, totally adored that.

What I also love is the way you describe all those precautions made by Harry & co. As in, they're flying towards Hogwarts, and you mention how he's flying low in case the spell fails, things like that. That must have taken a lot of work, to always have to think of those things, but they sound so logical. And make the story so much more convincing.

I loved Hermione's POV. And I loved the idea about the spider venom. Awesome how you referenced to Slughorn there. I never would have thought of that.

Have I mentioned this story is far better than DH?
