That was...sad. It's very nice the way Violet is thinking about dying and isn't worried about it, just accepts it. And how the waves are like parents to her, I really like that. The waves hold both good and bad.

Aah, you beat me to it. I was planning on doing a story pretty similar to this, with her being old and remembering things. Oh well. I lurved it! If you delved into her thoughts just a tad more, it would've been better, but meh. It still rules!
