I just wanted to tell you that even though I've read this one before, it still brings tears to my eyes. I think the Sara/Grissom storyline is getting too much attention, and I don't really buy it myself, but this was touching.

Great job on this. I think you've captured Sara's emotions so well. It would be just like her to try to be strong and deal with her pain internally only to be overwhelmed by them eventually. And then that twist at the end - never saw that coming!

I've read all of your stories, and although I don't usually leave reviews, I just had to tell you how much I enjoy your style of writing. There is a nice variety to the types of stories you put out, and whether it's humor, angst, or just a little vignette, you always seem to capture the mood so well.

Whowhoo...fluff you do beautifully, angst you do with exquisite insight. I thought, of course, at first, that she was mourning Grissom, but the loss of a child makes her reaction even more heartbreaking, and her anguish more poignant. Wonderful.

aw, hot damn! I was crying and I NEVER cry at stories! kind of made me a bit happier when I realized it wasn't GRISSOM grissom... but still... so sad... good job, good fic
