What a FANTASTIC story! This is probably one of my all time favorites. It took me 4 days to read through it (I had to make sure my family was fed and happy), but if I could have just sat down and read the whole thing I would have. It was captivating.
I am sorry that it is now over. Everyone did such a wonderful job! Thank you so much for such an entertaining story!

So I haven't been back to read this story since it was finished, and I realized just how long that's been. It was amusing, in a lot of ways, to see the things that ended up being canon (Bill and Fleur, for example) and the vast differences between what you two imagined and what came to pass. The entire thing was very well written, and definitely says a lot about Harry Potter fans in general. I remember this story tiding me over between the fourth and fifth books, and I'm glad I took the time to reread it again, now that I'm older, now that we've had all seven books. I must admit, even six years later, I can't help but wish for a sequel--perhaps not quite as massive as this one, but it would be nice to see where you went with the characters, how much canon influenced them.

All in all, a wonderful story, and I'll have to be sure to come back again and reread it again at some undetermined point in the future. It's definitely worth it.

The Gabrielle thing... It clicked when Fleur has her nevous breakdown. I loved that you did that! Haha, oh Adam; such an arrogant boy at times, but he's a good kid. I liked him. And it was amazing what he did with the ring!

This truly was a work of art. Great job; I enjoyed this. Sirius' backstory was much more happier than the real thing... But, still, it was sad.

i read ur story a lik 3 years ago and 2day, i suddenly wanted 2 read it again!! but i didnt no where i read the story from, so i just took the past 20 mins trying 2 look 4 this story on google!! after looking through some stories, i remembered that the title started with "After"!! and then i found it!!
the stroy is amazing!! its well thought out!! great job on writing it!! i loved it!

Over the years i've read this story more times than I can count. And every time i read it I feel like I'm diving into a Harry Potter book. You've emulated Jo's style perfectly. Every reread I notice things I've missed and am still left scrolling down the page as quick as I can to try and get to the next chapter. I doubt you even check these reviews anymore, but i would just like to thank you for such an amazing fan fic and for your contribution to the Harry Potter fandom. From the bigger things like the amazing site that is Sugar Quill to this fic to even the "we didn't start the fandom" youtube video which has me in stitches every time.

I found this story thanks to an old Podcast - and I am so glad I did. In all my years of reading novel length fics on this and other sites, I had somehow missed it.

The two of you have quite a bit of talent! This story keep the characters close to canon and the situations were compatible with JK's world.
