Tyloris 3/5/13 . chapter 1This is great! It really captures the emotion of their relationship over the span of all their encounters; keep up the great work! |
Ronnie343 6/10/12 . chapter 1Strangely enough, usually some of the very first fanfics are not always the best. This is an awesome exception. |
OneWingedHeron53 5/16/11 . chapter 1I love this. Makes you wish he ended up with her. |
YamadaTsukamoto 9/22/10 . chapter 1thats one more to the faves list good job! :) - YamadaTsukamoto |
RandomNinja 8/15/09 . chapter 1 I've read most of your fanfics on School Rumble and i found them to be all very good. I expecially found 'Let me hear you' to be a good read. Thanks for posting them and keep up the good work! |
bigherb81 3/19/09 . chapter 1Great story I kinda wanted a little Harima Yakumo thing to happen too. In the end though I kinda got caught up in an internal debate on who deserved him more Eri or Yakumo? I mean they both loved the guy, but I like your story it's a little sad but also sort of sweet (the whole love from afar thing going on). |
Syaoran Li Clow 9/25/08 . chapter 1What a curse, Yakumo's power I mean... the person she wanted to know the most, is teh only one that can't think of her the way she wanted. Nice. |
ADD Kyuubi Naruto 8/23/08 . chapter 1Aw this fic made me cry a little bit _ |
KeyBreaker 3/29/08 . chapter 1very well writen there's not enough HarimaxYakumo stories out there and this is so far the best I've read. |
RandomReview 7/3/07 . chapter 1 Knowing how the Onigiri faction as of now is pretty much non-existent and Harima is one hell of a blockhead, Yakumo will never hear his thoughts '( *cries* beautiful story! Keep writing more Sukuran stuff, Onigiri ftw! |
tonotsay 3/26/07 . chapter 1If she did hear him...she would be ALL over Harima ;D and thats good! |
Deolbalke0 3/25/07 . chapter 1Good story...is it really completed? I don't know what happened yet. I want a 2nd chapter...heh..aww this was good though. |
Mr. Despair 1/14/07 . chapter 1I love the ending. It's there, it's not there, completely oriented for the rest of the fic. That tone... |
Izzy 1/11/07 . chapter 1 Really sweet. |
Silence-Darkness 10/14/06 . chapter 1Well, well. What an amazing coincidence that after I went through a School Rumble marathon (I can't remember who tipped me off into watching it) and chose to look over some of my favourite authors, I noticed you wrote SR stories as well. I have to give you a big thumbs up for one main thing: tone. Given that this is done in first person, character personality is a very important aspect of how information is delivered, and you managed to set the tone right. Sounds like Yakumo, if Yakumo spoke a bit more. Perhaps this was intentional, perhaps it was not, but I found it interesting that as the narrative progresses through the series, we know that the two communicate more often than at the beginning yet you punch in the silence more often. A little contrast of thought and actuality, although what's real is hard to determine given how much of SR is based off misunderstandings. I found the second time chunk kind of disappointing, as if you were trying to invent importance out of very little - take the strength of his arm. That's the main flaw I see in the whole deal, because I really like the rest and how silence is blended in - sometimes as a statement, sometimes as an explanation. Great job with the ending. If there's anything Yakumo is good at, it's probably restraint, and it's intriguing that there's something about Harima she finds a need of restraint for. The open ending leads the imagination to one obvious conclusion, yet satisfies the requirement that it is open and not determined. Poking around here and there. Expect to see some of my reviews for some other SR works. |
