Ah. I love Kakashi as well. And this fic is so true in so many ways. *sigh* The poor children of Konoha who will grow up too soon. And the poor adults of Konoha who know how painful it can be if you grow up at all. T.T So touching. ^^

I agree with the person who said in an earlier review that you portrayed Kakashi as if he were art. Its very beautiful art too, mind you. C=

I especially love what you said about Naruto, since no story I've read could ever describe him so accurately, just the way I picture him to be.

And how you said Sakura would be another person he loses someday. Its probably true...and Kakashi knows this. ^.^

I love this oneshot. You perfectly capture my impression of Kakashi. All of these things - I see him thinking them every time I see him on screen. You described all of the characters just as I imagine their minds to work. Wonderful job.

First things first, awesome. So far this is the best KakaSaku fic I've had the pleasure of reading. It was light on the possible love they share, and documented the way he wishes to protect who she is. Believe me I've read some of the worst fanfics on KakaSaku...in short they are composed of over dramatic scene where Kakashi is an uke...that's all I'm saying. This was very well written, and I especially loved the way you repeated the line "Kakashi Knows this" it just gave me the chills...good chills.
