I just write this review in order to say that I loved this one-shot, YamixIsis is a couple so rare...I'm very pleased to know that I'm not the only one to like this pairing ^^

Well, well...besides totally throwing me off track, winding me, and perhaps scarring me for life...I have to say that this is one on the most perverse, dark and flabbergasting stories of all time. Not to mention best! Definitely a keeper. Let's start with writing. Absolutely great. Till now, I have only come to pass a handful of well-written stories, but yours by far exceeds my expectations. Truly, the way you explained, in detail the thoughts, feelings, and situation at hand, made me just a 'teensy' envious. You really are good at writing.

Secondly, the Pharoah character in this story, though dark, was captivating. Realistic is what I'd like to say, because in most cases Kings, Queens, anyone who has power, is more or less like what you explained Yami to be. He was...very egotistical wasn't he? Well, I have to say that never has anyone shed Yami in such a light as you have. It was...intriguing...if a bit disturbing. Now Isis is a whole different story. She in this story seems a little too dumb-struck and devoted to Yami. Sure he bears an air of command, and was Pharoah 5 millenia before, but Isis's personality was somewhat twisted here. To me, it seemed almost unreal that she would succumb to the Pharoah's will, no matter how good he is at persuading her. However, though her body was ravished and violated, I still liked how her mind wasn't consumed. She managed to show the Pharoah that she wasn't going to give in. At least not with her mind. That saved her somewhat...from being a total bore for me.

For the last part...I would like to believe that Malik actually lost it. After all, the Pharoah wouldn't want anymore troublesome evil spirtits in his way. Well, an exceptional peice of work. Very, very good!

Excellent job as always my dear. Once again you bring in the 'wow' factor with your grasp of figurative language and the slow, almost leisurely pace in which you bring about each veiled layer of the being that is Yami. You really spread it out, it was almost like a psychological assessment...
The rape was also a nice little symbol of how Isis' blue eyes have been ripped open to the truth. You could see her evolving from a grateful little girl into a proud, scornful woman, who even at the end, shows her strength of mind in her eyes for Yami to see. It's like a warped version of maturity.
Glad to see your concept of the 'powa of friendshit' is as scornful as ever...though not clearly displaced enough for the naive reader to pick up on. The fragmented scents of perfume distrubing the sleep of the hard-headed one was quite an avid description...respect the olfactory technique!
Also like to see the referance of Yami's pale skin linking back to ghostlike imagery and the fact he is never quite alive in the same sense as everyone else is...what wil he do if Yugi ever finds out about this nighttime visit, hmm?
As for the former rod-bearer...I choose to believe he's insane and da Yami is gone for good. It makes the story more elegant and wrapped up that way and thus his thought process turns out to be more colourful than usual.
