i'm not quite sure i understood the last part where the cameras start rolling. but i really like the memories you set up between them. a good choice on each situation. i like the part where wash replaces her necklace. i remember watching the commentary and the the clothes designer (i think it was her) mentioning how she felt that the necklace was very important because of how it symbolized zoe's commitment to wash. i really liked that.

That was bittersweet, poignant, and brilliantly in-character. I loved it!

Now I have to go check out that movie. ;)

I adored this fic. The premise may have been borrowed but it was still wonderful! Zoe's memories are so very real; there are so many fics detailing the proposal and their dates or whatever, but I really enjoyed this one because of the humour - subtle, but there! (Zoe winning him a dinosaur? Hell yeah!) Mal's reaction is so realistic, and your language is beautiful. Loved this.

Aw, that was cute. The development, overall, was very good. I was sucked right into it the entire time. It played out wonderfully; I could just picture the scenes in my mind. And I like the idea too; its something I've never seen before. :)

This was a strange story. I loved it though. My favorite, favorite part was Wash goading Zoe to win that dinosaur for him, then that part "I'll bet Mal would have..." and then the kissing. Loved it!

Excellent Mal and Zoe interaction - them patching each other up was priceless and Mal being all grouchy when he figures out what's going on...heh heh

But I'm confusidated. If she's dead, why isn't Wash with her? Isn't she dead?

I've read most of your fanfic. It's all good. I hope you write more Mal & Zoe. Backstory is always fantastic.
