you've got my attention, where's the rest? The characters are pretty spot on, but i'm interested to know why mal trusts angel in the first place. PLEASE continue, i really want to see where you take this.

An interesting cross, especially considering the sun...though I'm guessing it's that whole only the sun in Earth's native system can harm a vampire.

Well, I'm ashamed to say I'm not at all familiar with Serenity and her crew (I keep meaning to watch Firefly, but somehow never quite get around to it). I am, however, quite familiar with Angel and have come to adore crossovers. There just don't seem to be enough good ones out there. Yours seems quite promising if I could just figure out what was going on, something I assume will come in time. Keep writing and I'll keep reading!
