I've known that there were previous characterizations for Yuffie, for instance her age, but did not go into detail, and wasn't aware of this Ex-SOLDIER bit. That fascinates me a great deal. The idea of Yuffie being much stronger than she is, with the enhancement of Mako is captivating. You're the first I've seen in trying to use this alternate version, and I hope not the last.

I was actually thinking that when Rufus found out Godo was her dad, it'd be a bit more.. 'omg' feel, I guess. In a way, I'm glad it didn't, since it wouldn't run very well with the story.

This is a really good story.

It's so good to find a good Rufus/Yuffie story to cater to my obsession. A rare pairing but one I'm immensely fond of. In relation to the story I enjoyed your chapter. It was well written and the different interpretation of Yuffie was interesting. From a brat to a soldier. I can only hope you update this soon.
