Oh, well, now I got two chapters for the price of one. Hee. I loved both of them...Illyria singing the Smile Time theme song was just genius. It so made my day.

The dialogue, both of Spike and Illyria, is very good. One thing - ignoramus? Did'nt seem to flow right. Other than that, I like how your Illyria is less tame. I believe it more than the others, but be careful - one small step and its a walking cliche.

Good so far. I love the parts about the oak tree the stars. You show Illyria finding what is familar to her. But I think that she has a lot to learn about "Laying low". I think she needs to spend some time as Fred or atleast get stuck in Fred's form to learn a few things. But get her a chatty Bonsai tree at a market. She needs a pet to talk to about her feelings.

It seems like Spike is kinda taking Wesley's place in teaching her about the world. That's so sweet. It feels so right that he would take over.
