Why is Pansy so angry with Granger? She wasn't in competition with her for Krum. I also don't see how Harry being forced into the tournament counts as special treatment? They were only following the established rules of the tournament and weren't trying to do Harry a favor. The judges would have made the same ruling no matter whose name had come out of the goblet.

Why did Dumbledore say that it was natural to think that Sirius had been a traitor? Sirius and James were like brothers? I had assumed that Hagrids lessons were as safe as any his predecessor had and having Magical Creature lessons about Hippofriffs was no big deal and that Draco's injuries were not a result of any negligence on Hagrid's part. Why are the Slytherins so upset about Harry having a new broom? The previous year, the Slytherins all had 2001's while Harry only had a 20. Is their a rule that all the members of a team had to ride the same type of broom? I remember that the Weasley's had cleansweeps even though Harry had a Nimbus 20. Besides, Harry's previous broom had just been destroyed so I don't see how letting Harry have a Firebolt would be considered special treatment.

When did Snape get the Founder Medallian again? I wish you could write up a full chapter about the exchange among the Slythersin about blood purity and Snapes argument with Salazar Slytherin. I don't think that Potter was given special treatment. Most students wouldn't have been expelled for what they did even though in retrospect they should have acted less rashly.

Snape was a little hard on Longbottom. Neville had just gotten out of bed and had no way of knowing what would happen.

Doesn't Nagini know that they speack Portugues not Spanish in Brazil?

Its implied that Andromeda was a Slytherin.

Thank you so much for posting these summaries. This is one of my favorite story arches. I would still love to see the full version if you ever get the chance to write it, but I deeply appreciate you sharing these posts with us. It's wonderful to able to see where the story is going. :)

I just had to take a moment to tell you how much I love your story. I started reading the trilogy back in 2006. It was just before my finals for my last semester of law school, and I have to admit that I lost much valuable study time because I just could not stop reading! (In fact, I was fully prepared to blame you if I failed them despite the fact that it would be entirely my fault for not studying enough. Luckily, though, I passed and all was well).

Sadly, my timing was off and I caught up with the story just as you announced that you were taking a hiatus from writing it. I was so happy when I discovered that I'd somehow missed the fact that you started writing it again, and I'm so glad that you've decided to continue. Even though I loved all the details of the story method, I much prefer to have the summaries rather than nothing at all so that I can finally find out how the story ends! Your story is so vivid and detailed that it had stuck in my mind so much that I didn't even have to reread the first parts before I picked right back up reading again. Now that I'm caught up again though, I think I might start again from the beginning just as soon as I find some free time!

I apologize for being so long-winded. All of this was really just my lengthy way of saying that I really enjoy your story and can't wait to find out what happens next! Thanks so much for writing it!

PS-I'm also very glad to find out that I'm not the only one who was majorly disappointed with Book 7! So much wasted potential!

I have only skimmed over these as I am starting again at the very begining, and want to keep them untill the end, but I did see that Snape forgot how to get onto the platform, which has me chuckling at the thought of him running into walls...
Keep going my dear, they seem to be turning more 'story like' and less up datey with every one! I know they're not going to, but can't help a 'Yay'!

Whew. That was a whole honkin' lot of information. I had to read it in little bits so I could absorb it properly. AW Luna made friends with Severus! Sort of. She's been partially adopted into the family at any rate. I was surprised at how easily Severus accepted Albus explanation for letting Sirius go. After the massive repercussions of his reaction to the last time Sirius was put over him in his eyes. I had something else to say that I forgotnow. Bother. I love Severus talking to Lily's grave. It's so sweet, and he's so stunningly loyal.

Even in synopsis form, this story is compelling.
