Very well done! I liked it alot. I understood your metaphor perfectly and I would imagine that Draco would fight like the dickens to get to her, and Hermione would be concerned with his welfare. Fantastic.

How heart-wrenching is this? Despite the tragic ending, I felt that this held true to the original. Although Draco Malfoy was portrayed quite differently. I liked it though, really bittersweet.
