I love your writing style and the way the battle is written to show Neville being inspired by the Hufflepuff's courage and fearlessness. I also reflected Hufflepuff's beauty, and how they can actually sacrifice for each other. Lovely story that is filled with courage, friendship and romance, leaving traces of Hermione's love for Ron... Very sweet! :)

I really loved this! First, you made the intensity, terror and breathlessness of battle brilliantly. I loved the tiny flash-backs in italics - they gave a whole other dimension to the fic by showing true insight in the characters' sense of togetherness. The part about Harry not making much sense was very striking and heart-breaking, as was Hermione's behaviour with Ron. I love how you showed the gap between the quiet, shy Hufflepuffs Neville once knew, and the people now fighting in battle, and the way he suddenly realized his own role in the whole thing was really well handled. Great job!
