The story is all right but there is a problem. You have the paragraphs too close. Anytime someone is saying something, you may a new line. It was hard to find what the characters were saying.

It does seem a little strange that Roy's being little would remind Riza of how much she loves him (I think it'd make her miss the real him more than anything else), but I understand her instinctively going to pick him up out of the fountain. I mean . . . that's just what you do with little kids, even if they think they can do something already. You try to help them. But then it's like "Oh yeah - he's my commanding officer o_0" Ah, I feel sorry for her right now :P

And Ed doesn't like being tall XD He finally got to give it a try, and it's not good enough for him. Sad that he's scaring Winry, though. Obviously he's too old for her right now ;)

It wasn't bad. It wasn't as funny as the other chapters however.
It was angsty. Which isn't bad.
