Chapter One:
Poor Aya, but I can understand those feelings and Hatori's feelings, great depictions of characters. Yay I really wanted to read a story about how Ayame first "met" his younger brother. Aww I love how you characterized Yuki but I thought his eyes were amethyst.

Days Later:
I like the inclusion of the story of Yuki's childhood and the shift from Aya's numbness you should in a prior fanfic to the awkward numbness and breakthrough I'm expecting here. Nice change of subject it relates well to the masks you told of before. I feel so sorry for Yuki and once again I love your accuracy. Aww I really like that story and the care and concern focussed towards Yuki.

Chapter Two:
Nice transition, it's good that you're moving through the emotions gradually chapter by chapter. I'd like to see that a box of all the Sohma's as kids ^_^ totally adorable. Nice dynamics in the Shigure-Ayame relationship. Aww poor Yuki T_T but I like how Haru seems protective of him and of their friendship. When I was reading this I thought the two girls' toy was Yuki. I want to see that smile ^_^

Anyway. I liked this. It was adorable, and yet quite sad.

Oh! But there was one mistake:

'Shigure emerges from the shadows a few yards away. Stretching lazily, he says, “You could really be nicer to him, Aya-chan. He is you brother.” '

You put "you brother" instead of "your brother." I hate it when I do that, which happens surprisingly often.

“Shigure?” A frigidly polite voice makes me cringe, but it isn’t Akito – too timid for all its arrogance, too kind for all its iciness' I loved this shows how Akito has effected Yuki and others noticing it (hope that makes sense) and Aya not knowing how old Yuki is *wince*
'Big gray eyes stare up at me with a hint of concern for a moment, and then they recognize me and his face shuts off. He looks more like Akito than ever.' -- wow.
And Yuki being blunt with what he wants before leaving very Yuki
I like how Aya is damning people because Hatori won't.
And Aya trying to convince himself that he doesnt care and trying to change the subject with Shigure not dropping the subject and continuing on
aw these pictures I can really imagine them in my head Haru with his two favourite people and Rin making Yuki wince which is very believable yet then with her making it up to Yuki
You may fed up of seeing my name but I will review all even if it takes me forever. I keep getting kicked of the damn computer.

Since I had a little free time, I was going through all the fics I had flagged for reading. I know your not writing currently, but this is a beautiful piece. Its tragic, about the time Ayame wouldn't ever be privy to Yuki's beauty nor kindness.

I can see the scene so perfectly...I can even feel what he's feeling, this is why I love this, you make it really easy to empathize.

This story is lovely! A nice look at Yuki and Ayame's rather estranged relationship. Even though in the anime series. It looks like Aya really wants to try and make things up for Yuki. You have to wonder what he wants to gain from patching up the relationship. I like how you talked about Ayame's loathing for Akito and Kana. It's so true on his view point for both of them.

One word. Beautiful. The writing style, the scenes, everything and anything was absolutely wonderful. I enjoyed reading it and this is sure to be put on my favorite's list. I love how you started as to where the whole HatorixKana issue was about, it really added a large affect towards the outcome. Thank you for allowing me to read such a magnificent piece of work.
