Beautifully tragic. This is exactly what I expect of Sasuke and Sakura in the end: neither declaring love but promises. I like how the oneshot ends but has a few cliffhanger-y aspects, like, what would Naruto do? (Do you understand that? XD ) This is a fantastic SasuSaku oneshot.
(I also agree on your opinion of them not really having a cliche happy ending. They're much too stubborn to grow out of the pain.)
