You're a great writer, it's very beleiveable. But you don't make it into something your own. You took word for word quotes from the first Spider-Man movie and put them in novel form. I don't know if you are done with the series, but try to come up with your own story arcs. You know, change it up. Have a different villian than Doc Ock and The Green Goblin as the first major fight for Spidey. Find a creative new way to tell the story of how Pete came to be the Web-Slinger. It will definitely make your stories richer. Your writing style is phenomonal, but you replay too much of what has already been done.

The idea behind this fanfic looks really imaginative and a different look at the Ultimate Spider-Man mythos sounds fascinating. However, it is seriously harmed by a disjointed narrative and a lack of three-dimensional characters. This story needs significant editing to fix these flaws.
