Oh my, what an AMAZING fanfic. I read it with my mouth open, because it was just too good. You really should write more like this - and more about them.

Oh gosh, I think that's the best fanfic that I've ever read about them!

Favorites for sure.

this was very good.
there was something familiar about this story and your writing style, so i went to your profile page and saw that you had written 'the golden age', which i read a while ago and adore, and i just have to say that i love your stories and portrayal of edmund. he is my favourite pevensie and you do him justice.

You give a whole new meaning to this relationship. I'm beginning to love this pairing. The way you present the memories is lovely as well. I am also, uh, amused (entertained? fascinated?) by the whole going-to-another-world-will-make-me-forget-Narnia thing that Edmund had going on in this one-shot and its companion piece.

Excellent writing. It's very hard to write something in present tense (at least I have a hard time), so great job.

Keep writing! Thanks.

I must say that I love this. I love not only how you detailed Edmund and Caspian's relationship, but also Edmund's relationships in the past. It is heartbreaking to think of how they blur in his memory. The epilogue absolutely killed me. I never considered this pairing before but this story and your others have completely changed my outlook on this.

Ha. Ha. This story was soo freakin' sad. I'm an emotional person, so right now, I feel like crying. It's a great story and the ending is very tragic. Caspian seems soo passionate but Edmund appears to be more aloof and keeps to himself. Sigh...

That was the most amazing, beautiful story. Exquisitely well-written, and you had me hanging on every single word. I don't really know what to say - the characterization was spot on, the flow was perfect, and the ending brought tears to my eyes. There's not one thing that I would change about this story. Thank you so much for sharing.

... oh sh... I NEVER thought of that pairing, but wow, that was magnificiently written.
I especially liked how you portrayed the paradox in their kingly relationship, how Edmund is younger but older in Narnia, and a legend Caspian grew up with...
I'll stop ranting, but this was awesome.

That was beyond lovely. I must say that I've never been a big fan of slash--it just never appealed to me--but that was absolutely one of the most beautiful pieces of Narnia fic I've ever read. So bittersweet. *claps*

Up until the day before yesterday I was reading Caspian/Susan out of curiosity but it seemed nearly all so shallow (unlike my previous venture into Lucy/Caspian).

This is very much more real and poignant than just about anything else I've read in this fandom regarding Caspian or Edmund (or both). You fleshed out Edmund into someone people can relate to, who is more than just the guy who grumbles under his breath or gets annoying about the relationship's of other. You didn't make any of these characters plot devices to bring Edmund and Caspian together and, for that, I thank you. I truly hate it when a character is distorted into a caricature for plot purposes.

The coming together of Narnia and the mythology of our world was fantastic.

I need to put this on my favorites.

Oh my. Such a beautiful and sad story. Love all of the details you put in.

"'I'll never forget you,' Caspian says, 'even if I live a hundred years.'
Edmund hates that he can't say the same thing."

This just broke my heart.
