abuseExcellent work. You do need to watch for spelling and grammatical errors, but overall an excellent piece of work. I do hope you'll finish it.

abuseI like how this story has started off, and only regret that I have been unable to start reading it before now. I really dig the setting and can say from personal experience in the gaming industry that it is mostly accurate while only taking the liberties and leaps of imagination that would make it more interesting. Selecting the Juggernaught to knock over the house made me laugh at first because it is overkill (Anybody ranging from the Scorption to the Abomination probably would have sufficed) but Marko's singilarily arrogent and nonchalant personality should make this story more enjoyable. If there was one thing that could have been done to make ths story better, it would have been having Tony permit drinking in the vicinity of the game and showing the difficulty and struggle that its presence had for him rather than just throwing his weight around and barring it from the table. Tony has been shown in the past to challange his own resolve in that regard. Other than that, a fine beginning to a story that I wish to see more of.

abuseVery well written piece of Marvel fanfiction.
Your knowledge of Iron man's abilities, both physical and intellectual, is apperant and you utilize them greatly for that true blue Marvel feel.
And it's just not Iron man. The way you used Juggernaut was accurate without diminishing his abilities, though some hardcore Juggernaut fans might disagree but I don't.
Can't wait to see how you use Taskmaster as he is one of my favorite characters but I'm certain that you'll do him justice.

abuseSince the head of Hydra's seemingly obsessed with Iron Man, I'm going to assume it's either Titanium Man or the Mandarin, although I'm leaning more towards the former than the latter - mostly because of his link to Tony's son's past.

Shellhead's being a bit deceitful left and right these days, isn't he? It's good to see him regretting his scanning of his son, and his instinctive distrust of the boy - at least he still sees that he's crossing a line, unlike in a certain comic arc we all know by now *cough*Civil War*cough*.

Anyway, great chapter, and looking forward to the next!

abuseI'm thinking cloning or something. Justin Hammer certainly wouldn't be above it.

In any case, an interesting turn of events, and if my suspicions are wrong, I'm looking forward to seeing Tony deal with having a son. That's a responsibility very different than being a superhero or running company, and I wonder how he'll handle it.

Looking forward to the next chapter!

abuseI have been reading your Marvel based stories for a while now and I just finished reading your Iron Man story. Its really great. The whole Juggernaut fight was classic! Stark truly was out of his depth and I'm glad you showed him using his brains rather then overpowering Juggernaut. Plus this reveal of Surge as Stark's kid sounds like it could be something cool. Can't wait till the next chapter.

abuseThis has got to be one of the best stories I can find here. The battle is interesting and the choice of villains is great.

abuseCuriouser and curiouser... at first, I thought that the young teen could be the Ghost, but his nervousness seemed to oust that possibility.

I liked the references to the wider Marvel Universe, like mentioning Oscorp and Roxxon as Stark Enterprise's rivals, and the little Spider-Man mention.

And Iron Man's method of beating Juggy? Absolutely AWESOME. It was certainly unpredictable, and very much in character for the man who obsessively pursued those using his techonology in the Armour Wars. It works that he would black out almost an entire state to beat Juggy, though he seemed to be out of options. Cap will be having some words with him about that, I'm sure.

Looking forward to the next chapter, as always.

Incidentally, have you seen the 'Ultimate Avengers' DTV movie yet? What did you think of Iron Man's depiction (what little of it there was)?

abuseThe battle between Iron Man and Juggernaut was fantastic. I loved the Stan Lee camero since I'm pretending this is an Iron Man movie. I'm curious to see more of the plot-based elements of this story and if you're going to bring in some of other Marvel heroes.

abuseStill loving it. I especially liked Stark's mental complaining about magic - it always made sense to his character, and it's great to see his dry sense of humour pick it apart.

I'm thinking Hulkbuster armour for Juggy, but that might just be my imagination getting away with me...
