Very good story I must say and it ended quite well for all concerned although I do hope that John will not have to deal with that psychotic ghost once he dies and the deal with the entity is honored.

WOW! The real turning point was chapter 9. You found the voice soo perfectly!! Not too shabby for your first stab at a ghost story! Awesome!! (lol i know there were big-time Phantom Of The Opera references, but nice Man of La Mancha thing there ;) )

I love the story line so far.
Again, you are the master of capturing characters, however you don't appear very comfortable with the style. I know how hard you worked on this though, so I can understand what you're trying to achieve.

M, Atlantis with a little bit of Phantom mixed in! I'm really liking this so far...Can't wait to reaf the rest!

I just realized I never reviewed this chapter. So nice to see them all back together again. And it's good to know what Sheppard is willing to risk to keep his team safe.

Ah! Atlantis' first ghost story (is that right? If not, ignore me), with Phantom of the Opera as a backdrop! Some very cool descriptions (like that little finger swirl Rodney does on the balcony--I might steal that! LOL), and nice way to keep some open-ended issues, not so happy moments at the end to leave the reader just a little uneasy! Great job Tazmy! Looking forward to more stories from you!

Brilliant last chapter. I'm so glad that Rodney and Teyla made it. But John made a pact with the 'devil'? Woh.

NO! Sheppard can't do that! That's just wrong! Why why why? He sold his soul to the devil for his friends, gee whiz, I can't believe it! They'll all die and go to heaven and he'll be stuck as a creepy ghost in some strange nietherworld for eternity?

Hrm, I wonder how the entity's gonna get out of its dimension to collect on the bargain it'd made with John. SInce Eric had only gained strength and all towards the end there...
Not to mention I'm wondering what'd happened to the orb SGA1 had used to get back to their dimension?
Oy. Why do I have the feeling that Eric's gonna come back to 'haunt' them at some point? Hrm? ;)
But anyway, glad Christine got to Ascend, though. Poor woman surely deserved it.
Hm... wonder if she, as an Ascended being, will do something to prevent Eric and the entity from ever coming back to bother Atlantis? It's a different dimension after all, right? Hm. But still, corporeal matters. Damn. Anyway, lovely story. Continues to creep me out with the open ending there. :) Wonderful job, hon.

Well done! Very well written, dark and angtsy. Bits were a little confusing when the entity was speaking vs. Eric vs. Sheppard, etc. but on the whole, you did a great job. It was very nice to see the other side of McKay.
