where the wind blows 2009-11-09 . chapter 5i do hope you plan on continuing this story... |
Eaglelady 2009-10-17 . chapter 2 Just want to say how good all your stories are, I am/have enjoyed them very much.
Just a very small point, in England we have pavements not sidewalks. I have notice that many stories written by Americans put sidewalks.
Sorry just nitpicking. Still love all the Narnia Stories written by all authors |
snowstargirl 2009-10-01 . chapter 5Wow, this is really neat! I don't think I've ever read anything like it. I like this nicer Edmund, though I'm sorry he's mute. (It's a very interesting concept for the story, though.) It's wonderful to see all of the siblings together and protective of each other, especially at this point. They are a very sweet family. I wonder how things will progress for Edmund if he isn't a traitor! Who will Aslan die for?
Are you going to continue this? |
Taryn Streambattle 2009-09-17 . chapter 5Seriously, update this. Not since 08. Clicks tongue.

PlumaLibera 2009-08-24 . chapter 5After reading all five chapters in about ten minutes, and relishing in the sheer awesomeness of your story,I knew I had no choice but to review [I hate to confess that I'm usually a lurker]. But I'll get more to the point and say I LOVE YOUR STORY!. Edmund's character is much nicer, whilst still retaining a reasonable amount of 'attitude' ; the change that his muteness wrought is clear, yet Edmund's not Ooc.
One of my favorite aspects of the story probably has to be the bond between Edmund and Lucy. I love how he is the only one to believe her, a complete turn around from what happened in the books and the movie. Their bond completely makes since, because of their closeness in age. I think you portray perfectly how they could have behaved toward each other, had things been different.
One final thought: Susan's character seems a bit unclear to me. Whereas Peter, Lucy and Edmund all seem extremely undeveloped, Susan seems a bit 'murky.' It seems to me that though we see that Susan is protective of Edmund, and wishes to grow up faster, we don't see much else. However, this is probably just me and my strangeness talking.
So, anyway fantastic story! I really can't wait for the next installment! Please, update soon! |
 XsuicideXkittyX 2009-06-26 . chapter 5this story is dead sweet i hope u upload |
asdfjkl; 2009-06-25 . chapter 5 come on! you can't just leave a story like that! all the characters are great--the differences from the movie/books WORK--the plot's great so far--i mean, not much has really deviated yet, but i'm really looking forward to how everything's different.
and then you left it! it's almost been a year--i really hope you come back and finish this!
keep writing xD |
Shizuku Tsukishima749 2009-06-16 . chapter 5Wow, again... O.O This was so amazing!! The warping of the story is absolutely adorable and believable, but I really cannot say I'm surprised, considering it's you... XD
Man...Edmund being mute... That's so cool! Well, not his being mute, but...you know what I mean. ^_^ It's such a charismatic concept! Something ELSE about which I've never thought!
Rock on! His relationship with Lucy and others (especially Peter) is so much more beautiful than it was in the actual movie, where they were all fighting and jerk-y and everything! ^U^ I LOVE IT!! ^U^ *U*
Ever-so sincerely signed,
Shizuku Tsukishima749 :D ;D :) ;) |
timme 2009-06-10 . chapter 2 I can't see that peter did anything wrong in this chapter. he barely bugged ed out of concern; anyone would have asked to see if you'd just gotten beaten up. Ed was unreasonable; Peter shouldn't have to apologize. |
Marcy 2009-04-20 . chapter 5 Please update! I love this new Edmund! It's amazing how much he can change, but I still think he's not too unrealistic. After all, being mute is a big life-change. I love Edmund and Lucy's interactions; they're kawaii! |
TimeMage0955 2009-04-11 . chapter 5Hello! Wow, it seems like forever since I've reviewed one of your stories and I feel really bad. I'M SO SORRY! Anyway, I was just watching Prince Caspian and I'm back in a Narnia mood so I decided to read more fanfics that I haven't in a while and this was one of the first that came to mind. This story is so beautiful and I love it. My only problem is that there isn't enough Susan and Edmund interaction. I have no idea why, but lately I've really wanted to read EdxSu bonding fics. It's so weird, but Idk, maybe cuz I'm an older sister myself.
If you decide not to that's okay, cuz this is your story and truthfully, it's amazing no matter who's bonding (Cuz the EdxPeter and EdxLu bonding is adorable). It just sort of feels as if Susan is rather less sensitive towards the whole thing. Not completely, mind you, cuz the whole thing with giving the professor a piece of her mind was brilliant. Whatever you do I know it will be great and i can't wait for more so PLEASE UPDATE SOON! PLEASEPLEASEPLEASEPLEASEPLEASEPLEASEPLEASE! I think you get the point, but just in case: PLEASE! Thanks, BYE!

Tripod Gal 2009-02-24 . chapter 5Oh this is Fantastic! Would you please update this as it is a really interesting plot and has been written wonderfully? PLEASE! |
Anonymous 2009-02-21 . chapter 5 This is a very good story, one that I've just found but wish I had discovered much sooner. You're a talented writer, and you've got the sibling interactions spot on. ( I myself am one of four siblings, and recognize a lot of what you have written.) While at the same time being out of character from this point in the actual book, Edmund is still totally in character. You write everything so wonderfully, so believably; I'm off now to read your other stories- something to entertain myself with until you update this one again. I'm intriguied by what's going to happen next, and can't wait until the Pevensies are all in Narnia. The last part, with Edmund hugging Lucy and then signing that he believed her- I loved it. It was perfect. The verse at the beginning, as well- it makes me wonder as to what will happen in the future. I've always loved that verse- the healing and miracles that Jesus did. I look forward to reading more. :) |
