Beautifully short. Leaves so much to the imagination. That is usually frustrating, but somehow perfect here. Nicely done.

Ooh! Good story! The description was all very good and painted a lovely picture in my mind.

sweet and very interesting. i'm not the biggest sakura fan. admittedly, she's in the top five of the least favorite characters in naruto. however, that was a good, short fic. her trying to bridge the distance between her and her instructor and not in a romantic way as so many people do. very well written.

This is a very pleasent and soft fic. It left me with a sense of hope. Also, after reading the last line of the story, 'Every Heart' started playing in my head. This flowed very nicely, and was reminiscent to how a movie would be ended.

This, like so many of your Naruto stories, is poignant and emotional, but never cheap. You somehow find this deep well of angst in the most mundane and mild descriptions of setting, in the most simple and honest dialogue. I may be a fan of Kakashi/Sakura as an older, AU pairing, but I also love the teacher/student dynamic of Kakashi and Team 7. And sadly, not enough fics show Kakashi and Sakura relating in this way... as friends, teammates, adult-to-child, and as a generation regret sorta thing. Excellent and lovely. I like that this one had hope.

Very atmospheric...I like the small details of the ice and rain. A really sweet scene between Kakashi and Sakura. Kind of made me want to read on,that ending, but sadly this is a oneshot.
One thing I would say is that you could have spaced out the paragraphs a little more. Made them less blocky, but I really enjoyed this fic.

i need to stop reading sakura fics by good authors. it's making me not-hate her...

so i read the summary and got all excited and assumed that YAY SASUKE IS THE ANGEL OF THE RAIN!

then kakashi comes up and asks, "Are you all right?" and "something I can do for you?" and i think to myself YAY KAKASHI IS THE ANGEL OF THE RAIN!

but then: "It doesn't have to be the way it was."

be still my heart. and this is a sakura that i'm sure is in the canon but that i keep forcing myself not to see.

and like some other reviewers said, the atmosphere was perfect. the whole thing played out like a movie in my end, even more vividly than with most things i've read, fic or otherwise. but i guess witnessing perfection tends to have that effect on me.
