I liked it. Cant really say why, though.

It felt like what it was - the second non self-contained part of a trilogy. Plot lines are still separated.

Now onto to the sequel.

I'm reminded of the scene from the original series, when Baltar looked up to realize a second battlestar had appeared out of nowhere. The looks on his and Zarek's faces were probably the same ...

ohh.. what a great ending. I can't wait to see Zarek get his and Roslin return to the fleet. And what's up with that doctor, he's not a cylon? Anywho, wonderful ending, a sufficiently tantilizing cliffhanger that I will be checking my e-mail for author update alerts. bravo!

Great stuff, as usual. Love the ending -with Pegasus popping in out of seemingly nowhere. What a twist with Adama apparently trying to help Baltar as the incumbent! And when Laura appears once again. I am twisting my hands in glee.

So Zarek finally made it to be President. What a mean way to end this story. ;) No, just kidding. This was a perfect last chapter. I'm really looking forward to the sequel. I can already imagine Zarek's face when Roslin shows up again :) Please don't wait too long with posting.

I loved the impressive way you sent everything back in the direction of the series plot arc, with one sweeping motion! Caine and crew were handled rather quickly, which is for the best since it would have been an unnecessary tangent for your story ... I'd been wondering how you'd get from here to there. Well done.

Just caught on with this. I feel sorry for Kara. She was too damned happy to see Lee alive only to find he's with Dee. *sighs* Where's the pilot love?
