I don't know ANYTHING about this series or these charicters but now I really, really, want to. This story is somehow hopeful, sad, wistful, and magical all at once. I'm not explaining this well, I'm trying to say how much I like this story even though I don't know any of the back story, but I'm sounding kind of incoherant so I'll just settle for saying WONDERFUL!

Never read the story it was based on, but its pretty good.

E! I ninja you with so-so ** and you ninja'd me with GOODNESS. I don't know the source material, but I don't think it matters. The creeping chill, the mystery, the curiosity of it is all...I shivered and wondered and half-cheered and half-cried.

This story just...flowed. It read like a road leading off into the mist. You have such a way with phrases and images and I shameless make big, googly eyes at you as I fangirl you.
