Screaming Dean 2006-09-09 . chapter 3This fanfic isn't too bad. I hope your self inserted character will be able to fit in with Nerima. |
KamiKaze no Kage 2006-09-01 . chapter 3This is actually a pretty good chapter. I wonder what sort of troubles will occur next to our young hero, hehehe! ^_^
Anyways, I hope that you'll post the next chapter soon. Bye! |
Karelon 2006-08-31 . chapter 3I am reading your little story. I enjoy a good clueless SI. So please keep it up.
So you've saddled Joe with an Amazon wife? Poor guy. Oh I can understand how a poor engineering student wouldn’t completely freak out at the prospect of a pretty young thing pursuing him. But I expect it will get a bit emotionally over whelming at times. Yu is after all an Amazon.
Keep it up. |
borg rabbit 2006-08-31 . chapter 3Not too bad, as SI's go. Sounds like no untoward mental effect from the spring. Nice joke name, btw.
Ciao |
Manic Asphyxiation 2006-08-31 . chapter 3Swet. I love this take on an SI you're doing here. Please, be my guest to provide more eye candy! |
Lord Kamui 2006-05-16 . chapter 3Cool! This history is quite good. About Ryouga I think you're doing a well job with his personality. However I must point out that you're putting Ryouga's hatred for Ranma as it is when he found him in Nerima, what I think is slighly wrong. Ryouga is annoyed at Ranma and wants revenge for the bread freud with the final duel that couldn't come to happen since he got lost and Ranma left before he arrived. I have ever thought that Ryouga's hard feelings toward Ranma in the begining of the story are because of the curse he got. Eventually they fade away leaving rivalry in both martial arts and love interest, but they are there at the begining. I liked how you put Genma too. He is a jerk but not as bad as people put him in most of the fics. Good work, I'll keep an eye open about this one. |
Jonakhensu 2006-05-15 . chapter 3Well, that was amusing. I take it you are going to have that meeting be before Ranma gets to Jusenkyo. as that would explain far too much. Additionally, I love the irony behind Ryoga's eating... |
Shakeval 2006-04-19 . chapter 2nice chapter, interesting idea, having some dude who knows jackshite about ranma getting thrown in for a spin.

G_Man 2006-04-18 . chapter 2 Ryouga doesn't learn the Breaking Point (or Bakusai Tenketsu if you want the Japanese name) until after he catches up with Ranma at the Tendo's home. He learns it from Cologne, Shampoo's great-grandmother, and an elderly matriarch of the Chinese Amazons. The training involves being slammed repeatedly by boulders to help build endurance while you learn the technique, and even then, te technique only works on inanimate material, not people. The real benefit is the extra endurance and toughness gained from the training. |
Karelon 2006-04-18 . chapter 1If you haven't run across this site yet, it includes brief summaries of all 38 original Japanese volumes in English. But when translated in to English, vol. 1 & 2 were combined in vol. 1 and vol. 3 & 4 into vol. 2. The rest match up except for the vol. number.
In the US we have up to Vol. 33 (vol. 35).
I like your story so far, keep it up.
Regards, Karelon |
Jonakhensu 2006-04-18 . chapter 2He can't learn the Breaking Point yet, as Ryoga doesn't know it until after Shampoo gets cursed and Cologne comes back with her. According to the time line you've set up, that should take a while. I'd go with the Iron Cloth technique Ryoga uses on his bandanas and belt, as it is more useful in the long run. Additionally, you haven't said what cure Ryoga got. At least he can't blame it on Ranma this time, not that it'd stop him from doing so. Maybe the curse is different for Joe because the bitch ALMOST drowned, as she doesn't seem all that annoying, yet. Also, as a possible training method, you could have Ryoga forcing Joe to carry the bike (after getting a little stronger) whenever it runs out of feul. You started off in the backwoods of China; there wouldn't be that many fuel stations there. A run in with the Amazons, before meeting Ranma, would be interesting. I thinkl Joe would be smart enough to not get himself killed, or the Kiss of Death, or Marrige, both of which Ranma recieved. Have him meet up with Shampoo while she's searching for Ranma or something. That way, she'd have someone to talk to in Nerima. |
