Guest 4292 2/8/13 . chapter 19 I'd like to add that I find it quite annoying that so many reviews are nit-picking tiny details you change about the HP universe. It is AU, and people need to realize that. |
Guest 4292 2/8/13 . chapter 19 I really enjoy the changes you have made in this AU. Not only do they make sense, but they add complexities that are both intriguing and entertaining, even if some are rather dark. And though occasionally the narrative suffers from rather blunt explanations of characters' pasts (more so in your first installment of Grey Maiden), you certainly do a good job of keeping their personalities distinct and interesting. I can also accept the mature behavior of some of the 1st and 2nd years as part of this AU in which magical children mature faster. Also, thank you for using good grammar; the occasional typo isn't enough to really disrupt the flow. I haven't yet read the rest of the Grey Maiden series, but I almost certainly will, and I hope you do what you need to get back on track. Take your time (but not too much!) and keep up the good work. |
Guest 12/7/12 . chapter 8 Harry is not the most powerful witch in his year. |
Guest 12/7/12 . chapter 1 Tanner must be the friend you took out of book 1. |
Noble Korhedron 6/7/12 . chapter 19I now hate Voldemort with the venom I usually reserve for my darkest fears, for example Al Quaeda and Adolf Hitler. For a fictional character to do this means you have done a superlative job. Congratulations! See you in Bk. III! |
Noble Korhedron 6/7/12 . chapter 17I am NOT happy. But frankly, since you have clearly written seven(?) books, I'm going to forgive you. Assuming of course he survives this and Hermione recovers. |
Noble Korhedron 6/5/12 . chapter 6I'll give into your pleading and review. Just an F.Y.I, I generally dislike people who constantly solicit reviews, but I can tell you probably need the reassurance. Suffcie to say, it's good - nice job. If I don't review for the rest of the story, don't take it personally - it means I'm too busy reading. |
nyxaurora 4/4/12 . chapter 1It seems like it's going to be interesting. By the way, what happened to Grey Maiden I? |
Fury074 2/25/12 . chapter 10Grindlewald never went to Hogwarts. He instead went to Durmstrang. A school known for is purposeful exclusion of muggleborn students. |
Fury074 2/25/12 . chapter 3Ginny was the first daughter born in seven generations actually. Also, Michael Corner was in Harry's year. |
LuminationPresenter 10/30/11 . chapter 18Yes it was intense and JKR lacked the imagination for to make up all these combat spells. Couldn't Daphne have just destroyed the diary then instead of duelling? It was the substitute for driving a steak through Voldemort's heart. |
peregrin01 10/23/11 . chapter 19OK, Harry is an occlumens and yet he didn't notice anything. That's weird, especially cosidering that he encountered the diary in the canon as well and it didn't do anything to him. |
Separ 6/3/11 . chapter 19Nice story, though I hate people acting stupid :-( I liked Daphne's dressdown of Lucius, let's hope Harry and friends learn to use their brains a bit ... |
Kuro-Ookami4 4/20/11 . chapter 2Fun Fact Time! Did you know that despite all logical reasoning to the contrary, Lockhart was a Ravenclaw? Why this is, is a mystery. He does belong in Slytherin. |
Zek de Lut 1/20/11 . chapter 19I can't believe you ended book two with him unconscious! Anyway, great story looking forward to the next one sometime soon. Keep up the good work! |
