Lo just started reading you're fic. it's the first Suikoden fic I have read and it's good. sidenote the prince nam is Freyjadour Falenas or shortened Frey. (Thank you Wikipedia.)

Not too much happened in this chapter (besides getting dressed up), but it's building up the suspense, that's for sure.

Another great chapter! Since reading your GreatestJournal, I kind of have an idea of where you're going with this, but I still can't wait to see what other surprises you'll add to the storyline in between.

For instance, I had no idea the Prince and Lym would argue with their parents! That was a nice touch, though, since it shows how much the Prince protects his sister, and he'll even protect her from her parents if he has to.

Again, characterization is spot-on, especially with Lymsleia - you really have her personality down! I also like the way you portray Ismachi; he may not talk in the game, but your portrayal of him matches that of his actions and gestures in the actual game, so it's very believable and in character for him.

My favorite part had to be the Prince's ranting to Lyon. "And why don't Mother and Father see her for the beautiful young woman she is?" and "No one loves her the way I do. No one else would so readily lay his life down for her, and you don't think I should be the one to protect her?" were the best lines in the chapter, by far. It really shows how much Ismachi cares for his sister, no matter what kind of "love" it actually is (all the kinds of love, I say).

Please, you must keep going with this! This is the best story I've read in months, and would really like to see what happens next. Keep it up! ^_^

i like your story. it's great how the story flowed and how you retained the personalities of the characters. i kinda liked the little attitude thingy the prince made. it makes him a bit more manly than his reserved personality in the game. please update soon. i'd like to know wht's going to happen at dinner. ^_^

It is very cute and you have all of the characters down.

I wouldn't call it incest since they were no sexual interactions whatsoever between the Prince and Lym. From my view, this story simply portrays the intimate relationship the siblings have. Nothing more.

Keep on writing. Be lookin forward to it.

PS: I named the Prince Chuck Norris and named the army the Roundhouse Kick Army. XD

I usually detest incest, me having a little sister myself. It's disturbing, but I couldn't help but wonder at the cuteness of Lymsleia. As LathainZeal said, it doesn't feel like it's *platonic* love in the game.

Having that said: great fic. Really. I believe this is a one-shot? Even if it is, thank you for the excellent job done. :)

This is such a cute story so far! Like the other reviews have said, you've really gotten the characterizations down. I also think the Prince and Princess make an adorable couple, incest or no, so I'm with you all the way on this one!

The only thing I could possibly suggest to change is how Kyle and Miakis address the royal siblings. Though they're not as uptight as, say, Lyon is about titles, they still don't go around calling them by their first names (they would still call them Prince and Princess). As I recall, anyway... *has to play the first part of the game again*

That's just trivial stuff, anyway, so don't worry about it. All in all, I love this fic so far, and hope you'll continue soon! Can't wait to see how the Prince and Lym's relationship grows. ^_^

I was thinking of writing a lemon around that, and your story may've given me the inspiration needed to do that.

Your characterization is right-on; though I'm not entirely on board for the incest thing, if that's the course you plan on taking, I can see it happening. The character interactions are believable and fun to read, particularly Miakis. (You've got her down pat.)
Can't wait for the next chapter. You've got a nice, solid writing style. :]

I'm already so in love with this story! You do a wonderful job portraying the characters, and their interactions are just perfect. Lymsleia is so cute, and I can't help but giggle over all of Miakis' comments. The story is darling and sweet, and it so easily drew me in.
