You're officially going on my favorite authors list for this. The Sion/Exile pairing is, plain and square, my number one interest in KotOR fics and there's only so little of that around.

As for the fic being short, there really wasn't much else to add; not without making it feel like you were trying to drag on purposelessly, if this makes any sense. As far as I'm concerned, I think you've managed to capture Sion's character's essence in full, and then write it down in a very expressive manner. It's not often that I can so easily 'hear' the words, but it happened here.

I'll totally be back when I've got more time, to read the more-than-intriguing longer fic. There's no way I'm missing something like that.

I am personally a huge fan of Exile and Sion. Not necessarily hooking up, but just as an idea. There isn't a lot of Exile/Sion out there, so here's hoping you turn this into a full-length fic!

I loved the stained-glass analogy. It just... worked, somehow. It described his fascination with her exactly the way I imagined it. And his obsession is portrayed beautifully-- not the sweet, unrealistic, "everyone-thinks-I'm-evil-but-I-just-want-to-be-loved" kind of thing that we all see too much in Sion/Exile pairings.

The last line was especially good. Wonderful job.
