No flames here.. I've been on both sides of a migraine. You feel helpless both times. In one, there is no way to control the pain and in the other you feel helpless to ease the pain. I think you hit both sides on this one as well as giving us a side of InuYasha we seldom see.

Migraines suck. The first one my sister had made her pass out and we had to have an ambulance come get her. It was scary. Poor Kags.
