Are you seriously telling me that POOF! that's it? No more story? What happens now - who leaves the SG1, how do Teal'c, Daniel, & General Hammond react? Is it a boy or a girl? Or is it really just a false positive caused by some bizarre off-world tech that she came in contact with? Just dropping the story here, before it's even really begun is like being handed a lovely pie and someone's already stolen all the filling! Unfair!

You're got such a really great start here, it just breaks my heart that there's no more to follow. I really detest unanswered questions!

This is a good plot for a story.I have enjoyed the first 2 parts and look forward to part 3

it's good although I guess that it would have to be set pretty early for Jack not to know how he feels about

Sam. Pre divide and conquer? And than that would interfere with the 100th trip through the gate. Think wormhole extreme timeframe. Sam would defintitely be a major but the main problem there is she is so by the book early in the series that it would be OOC for her. Also Jack reaction was really over the top because he would not act that around Sam. He really respects her and he would never doubt her like that. He trusts her with his life. It would have to be post entity and Jolinar as well. Sam would be a Major and Jack would be a Col.

Sam should resign, if it comes to a one-or-the-other situation. She can be reenstated into the sgc as a civilian scientist, and Sam and Jack so have to be together pretty please :)

Well the 100th episode was "wormhole xtreme" right, so that was season five so yeah Sam is Major Sam Carter. Really like this story so far, it definitely has potential, as long as it's a happy ending it has the potential to be one of my favourites :)

just a tip: according to Air Force Instruction 36-2909 (aka frat regs of the USAF), S&J are prevented from having a relationship, but they ARE allowed to get and be married and then work together under the joint spouse clause. That is a loophole you can use.

Jack is a traditional man and I think he would later want to marry Sam, especially since he loves her.

So, if they get married, they will be able to be together, plus provide their child with a real family.

I admit i'd totally forgotten about this fic, but i'm glad you came back to it! I'll be looking forward to chap 3!
