Absolutly stunning. You have captured the feeling that Knuckles must be getting, allong with the other people who spend their days for the good of others and never themselvs. I find it Fasinating how you have him counting his days. If it wasint for my hard exterior, i would have cried.

I liked the way you explored Knuckles’ loneliness. It made me kinda sad, but I think it best summed up how it could feel guarding something alone. I also like the way you never said his name.

Omg, that was so sad and intense... You sure are good at descriptions. I think this is the way Knuckles really fells, being always so alone... Even if I am a KnuxRouge supporter, I don't think she'll ever understand his pain...Well, this gives me ideas for fics :D. K-O-O-L!

Nice choice of timeframe too, I liked the references to Robotnik and Sonic, recognisable even thoguh they weren't named.
