*cough* Oh that was unexpected... mad as a hatter the old man was... Not that i don't like that reading but dying of stunners? Well that was really nothing i would have dared to predict!

Excellent twist of the story, everybody turning against him, a pityful, blackmailed, no tso bad Snape his last victim and then... pffffft not with a bang but with a sizzle went the great golden wizard of the century... Wonderful. I love it!

Okay, the aftermath was a tad hurried, but i always tend to comment that an overly elaborate epilogue does more harm than good to a story and it's really not important for the story you've told if he marries Annie Sue and his children are calles Jasper, Colleen and Kitty-Ann or whatever the hell else. So i once again lift my hat before a wise and well executed decision. This story is well rounded, perfectly finished and was a JOY to read! And in it's shortness and crisp exactness it's going to set a new model for this kind of "Harry gets help" stories!

I like the way poor Bill was completelly overrolled by this avalanche of niceties from his shrewd employers, must play havoc with his head.

So... now the field is prepared... onwards to the last big battle, no?

What a GREAT start into a story! (And i'm not just saying that because of the nice, satisfying length of the chapter :D) The nightmare of Arthur's was an incredibly strong image and should care for keeping things in motion and the following investigations were right to the point, nicely done and give hope that this time Dumbledore is cut down to his own size not the overblown public image he himself has been grooming for all his life.

A wonderful story that proves the (paraphrased) proverb: All it takes for evil to flourish is for good men to do nothing. I always thought that Arthur was an underused character in cannon and there was such much more to him. This was a great explanation for Dumbles screw ups too! Well done!

Awesome beginning to a story. But that's all that it was. You literally wrote the opening chapters of a story and suddenly just stopped. Ended up with a horrible story.

Bravo on a wonderful short story! I'm surprised more writers don't follow the 'mentally-unbalanced' Dumbledore theme. As you so ably demonstrated, it fits very well with his actions in the books.

Great story. I loved every chapter. Please keep up the great work.
