Anyhoo, I think it's really interesting how you splice this story with The Lion And The Mouse (wait a minute..did you write this story yourself? I can't find it on Gogle), although TLATM is very heavy and intense stuff, so I'll need to read it again and digest it lol. It's intrigue to me!! You describe really well the way how Yuko's "hallucinations" show how the events of BR has disturbed her, and how much traumatized she is. I really felt for her, she feel so isolated and lost and scared, especially in a foreign country. I really liked Sue also, she made me laugh. You have a very distinctive style of writing. This is perhaps easy for native speakers of English to grasp, but I am not one of these people, so I do find it difficult. That's not to say it's not enjoyable; quite the opposite.
Loneheart 2006-06-28 ch 3,	abuseNice to see you updated. A little confusing in chapter three, but then I suppose going to school in a different country for the first time would be. I couldn't quite make out how much was Yuko's hallucinations and how much was real. Interesting that you're using Battle Royale II as background here. I didn't like Battle Royale II as much as the first film. It seemed to spin off at too much of a tangent from the first film.

This chapter had a few moments where I was confused, but like the first chapter, I enjoyed it very much and I love this story. It's so fresh and new, never seen a story about Yuko. Another great chapter Danny!

But there's plenty of good close-up character detail here. At first I was a little confused and not till the last few paragraphs did I understand the insanity Yuko is going through. This is written differently than most or anything I've read and I love it. Please continue, it's just too interesting to not keep going. Keep up the exellent story.
