Seriously, I thought I was crazy for liking Kratos/Lloyd oyako and that I would never find any fanfics dealing with them but this... oh my god I love it! Because I love this fanfic so much, I'm going to review the chapters individually. I'll try to keep each review short, but it may be kind of hard. Nono: This is going to be a long review, kupo... Alfador: slaps paw into face Why? Chapter 1: That was really cute when Kratos was all fatherly and stuff. Sad at the end, though. Still, it was funny and I enjoyed it. Alfador: But it was still OOC for Kratos to laugh! And characters cannot comment on the gayness of other characters! It breaks the rules of video games! Nono: Alfador, you're just a party pooper! Kupo, this is fanFICTION! And it was funny! Kupo! Chapter 2: That is so precious. Lloyd's biggest hero is his daddy! And Kratos smilied! Yay! The legend didn't lie! Alfador: Still not sure about the whole smiling thing though... Stop the ruining the moment Alfador! Chapter 3: Kind of sad, but it was good and in character. Chapter 4: It moved a bit too quickly for me. The scene changes were sudden and I wasn't expecting them. Next time, put in line breaks or something. Other than that, not bad. Like I said, it did move fast and there wasn't a lot of detail, but I liked how you focused on one quick moment than moved on to the next. Chapter 5: It was good, though it was sad when Kratos was telling his story. Aw, Lloyd would always said he loved him! But like before, I would recommend putting in a line break for the scene change. Just for an easier transition, for me at least. Chapter 6: This reminds me of a fanart I saw when Lloyd styled his hair like Krato's. They DID look alike. I liked the line "You're not an enigma. You're my dad." Very cute. Alfador: Though I think that's an OOC thing for Kratos to do. Nono: Alfador, stop complaining! It was cute, kupo! Chapter 7: This made me feel better about the past of Kratos and Lloyd. It's depressing, but if those events didn't happen, things may have been even worse. Nice mix of angst and fluff. Chapter 8: My god! Loved the chapter. Loved Kratos thoughts. Loved the concern for Lloyd. I JUST LOVE THE OYAKONESS! Alfador: Oh brother... Chapter 9: Um... not much I can say about this one. sweat-drops I mean, it's just the Flanoir scene with Lloyd's thoughts. It was good, but nothing really stood out to me. Sorry. Chapter 10: Interesting. Yeah, I don't think anyone tried it in Lloyd's POV. Liked it. Chapter 11: I think I love it when you write like that, too. That was just adorable! A bit sad, but absolutely precious! Kratos stroking Lloyd's hair, kissing his forehead, calling him his baby... IT'S JUST SO CUTE! Alfador: Yeah, but I'm not sure about the stroking- It's in the manga Alfador! You can't complain about that! It's canon! Alfador: But the kissing and when he said- So now a father can't love his own son? You're heartless Alfador! Heartless! Alfador:... I give up. Chapter 12: Hm... what can I saw about this one? Well, the last line was really cute and... I WISH I COULD SEE KRATOS TOPLESS! Alfador: rolls eyes You and you're fangirlness... Chapter 13: I'm not a fan of songfics, but I liked the last line. Chapter 14: Heh. Noishe is one smart protozoan. Kratos was so awesome when he threatened the doctor. Yeah, I enjoyed this one. Oh, I think I'm kind of late saying this, but I see you're doing line breaks for scene changes. Just want to thank you for that. Chapter 15: This one was funny! From Lloyd's little fight with the guards to Kratos totally owning the games to Raine punishing Lloyd, it was great! Nice to see some humor among some of the more angsty fics. The dragon toy scene was cute, too. The only problem I have is that I can't imagine Kratos being afraid of roller coasters. I think that's kind of OOC for him. Alfador: Finally! We agree on something. Nono: Kupo, I thought it was funny. Plus, we can't forget that he does have a human side to him, kupo. Chapter 16: The oyako moments were amazing! Oh my god, I loved it! It was so sweet! So very very sweet! Seriously, I have come back to this chapter just to reread those two precious moments with Kratos comforting Lloyd and Lloyd hugging Kratos. It's just such bliss for me! squeal Damn the other characters! Why did they have to ruin the moments? Why!? Nono: I liked when Kratos went into chief mode, kupo. It was cool! Chapter 17: Like I said before, I'm not a fan of songfics. However, I still enjoyed it. I wish that this would really happen in the game. On a side note, it reminds me of a picture I saw on deviantart. It's called "Welcome Home" and it was drawn by Chikuto. She's has an account here on fanfiction. Anyways, it's really adorable so if you haven't seen it yet, check it out. Chapter 18: This one was really long, but I loved it. It was funny when they were trying out the machine. You had me worried there for awhile when I wasn't seeing the oyakoness, but when you got to that part... it was grand. It was so great! So cute. So endurably cute! I also liked when Lloyd was arguing with himself in his mind. "I'm SNUGGLING. With KRATOS!"- Yeah you are! squeal But I wish I could... And Lloyd calling Kratos Daddy! And sure Kratos is holding Lloyd just to conserve body heat. Sure he is... Alfador: Well, they are in a middle of a cave in a frozen wasteland, so the only way to keep warm would be to- Alfador, shut up! I'm not done yet! And it was also cute when Kratos was scolding Lloyd. "Thanks for saving my life." "I was pleased to do it."- That was so kawaii to me! However, there is one problem I have with this story. It just seems a little weird that Kratos would also be in the middle of the blizzard at the same time as Lloyd and happens to save him in the nic of time. It's a bit... unrealistic. But hey! It was sweet nonetheless. Definitely one of my favorites. Chapter 19: Now that was just pure fluff and bliss. It's just, just, so brilliantly beautiful. God, I just LOVE oyako! Gr... but why did Zelos have to ruin the moment! Nono: But it was funny, kupo! Demon fang! Yeah, it was funny. Thank you for that moment of absolutely fluffiness. There you go. I reviewed all the chapters. I think this is my longest review ever. Hope you don't mind. sweat-drops Nono: Kupo, you did really good! You have a good variety of Kratos/Lloyd oyako. From humor to angst to fluff, they're all really good. Great job, kupo! Alfador: I still think Kratos and Lloyd are OOC sometimes, but I guess it's alright. I mean, they are father and son. I suppose they must have their family moments... Yes! Hurray for family moments! Hurray for Kratos and Lloyd! Hurray for oyako! Thank for 19 chapters of oyakoness and please continue! I'll be anxiously waiting!
