All the layers and subtleties in this fic were so artfully written. You focus on a lot of the less prominent things in the series and you write amazingly.

I've read and re-read this so many times and I never get tired of it. This was actually the first OroAnko centric fanfic I ever read, and it's one of my all time favorites. I really enjoyed trying to figure out the hidden layers within the story, especially pertaining to the scene in the kitchen with the teacups and what Orochimaru was trying to make Anko understand. The characterizations are perfect, and you write Orochimaru's dialogue so well. Great job!

An interesting read; Orochimaru's still as much of a riddle as ever. I didn't get what he was trying to make her understand. I guess the touches and the change in the way he called her had something to do with it?

While the ending left me wondering if there was any more to it, instead of just stopping where it was, I found this to be highly interesting and carefully detailed. The subtle hints of Orochimaru/Anko was just right.
