I thought that this was a wonderful story. I love how you portrayed Cloud and Sephiroth and think the concept's just brilliant. I haven't checked to see if there's a sequel but I'm hoping for one. Once again, amazing work even in the face of few reviews.

What a WONDERFUL story! I'm so glad I stumbled on it from mszeal's favorites. This one took me a good while to finish, but I didn't want to rush it. I wanted to enjoy every chapter as much as possible, and let me tell you that it was very enjoyable!
The way you piece everything all the way up to AC is just amazing. It's like a piece of a puzzle that fits perfectly. It was it's own story, but nothing to keep the main story from happening. Very good!
I really enjoyed reading all your action shots. I'm such a huge fan of action and I loved them all. My favorite piece was when Zack took over and slashed and dashed his way after Hojo. It was so good because it was brief and meaningful. I really do miss Zack and seeing him be able to do "one last thing" for his friend Cloud meant a lot. Even Sephiroth was impressed by the aftermath. haha That was great.
The bond between the Kasiri and Cloud was just adorable. Never imagined Cloud being so close to a chocobo, but reading about it certainly made me chuckle. Mainly to the fact that the chocobo took Cloud in as her own (probably because of his hair). XD
It was very cute. :)
Oh and the whole story about how Cloud got Fenrir... loved it! Too bad we didn't get to see more of the 2nd class SOLDIER, but it was certainly an excellent add. His personality could rival Zack's and I think that's what made him special to me.
Oh and the whole story with the ancients and Cloud being an ANCIENT! Never would have guessed that but wow you fit that in so well. It's almost a wonder why Square-Enix didn't think of that?? Makes the ordinary Cloud a very special Cloud indeed. ;)
Thanks for writing such a great story and seeing it through! I know you must have had some rough spots with lack of reviews, but just know that your writing material has earned more than just reviews. You've earned my respect!

OMG normally I'm too lazy to leave reviews, but this time I just HAD to make an ecception. This was amazing and I couldn't put it down. Props to you for an beautifully developed plot, great characterization, and for keeping me in suspense the entire way through. I really hope you do a sequel.

This is one of the best stories on this site, maybe the best in terms of story. The only thing I'm confused about is how can Sephiroth be so evil in Advent Children if he's turned over a new leaf.

The only thing I can think of is if there was more than one of him somehow. Anyway, you should definately write a sequel.

This is such an iteresting interlude between the game and AC. I really love how you addressed a bunch of issues, like how Kadaj and co. came to be, and why Vincent's a whole lot more...open...than before. Great work. Hope to see the post-AC sequel!

Good to see this story is being continued, I thought you dropped it by now.

Anyways, no objections whatsoever, except for the part at the beginning concerning, sticking the Buster sword in the ground and picking up Denzel. In those two parts it's kinda unclear ahar happened when, the order of actions.

And i believe there's a hint that the orderer of the First Tsurugi is none other than Zack.

Looking forward to next update.

This is the most emotional I've ever been reading a story in my life. I sobbed my eyes out. I was shaking so hard I thought I was going to drop my laptop. And I laughed so hard from sheer relief in the last section of the chapter that I startled my parents from the other side of the house. This is absolutely, positively brilliant.

Whatever i have to say pretty much boils down to whatever ntc already said.
