Wow that was awesome! I've always loved and being crazy over Ella Enchanted and actually I once had the same idea, what if ella didn't get caught and worked at the castle the safest place she considered! But you made it work totally! Please do try to finish the story with Char and Ella ending up together though! And I have a question? Is the golden haired girl the girl at the ball whom ella called the 'slender yellow haired wench' who was of middle height and made Char laugh? Thanks for doing this its a real treat and you've really inspired me.

I really like this story, and I do hope you update. I really like the people she has met, but i would also like to see her eventually stop finding excuses to NOT meet him. Other than that it is really a nice story.

Hello...I'm just here to plead with you to continue your story.
If you need ideas, I can loan you some...but you can actually have them because I don't plan on putting a Ella Enchanted story out there.
For the next chapter, you could always have the necklace accidentally come off, coincedentally while serving Char, he could *gasp* realize it's Ella, Ella runs away, Char finds her, she breaks spell somehow, and TADA happy endings.
I do not mean to be rude, and hope very much I am not acting as such, but many of us are really earnestly waiting for the end of this story to which we have become so fond.
Idea # 2: On the way to serve, Ella stops to activate her necklace boggart, but just before she does, someone asks her a question, she turns around to answer, it'S Char, she runs, he follows, she breaks curse over the fact of her having to see Char get married to the blonde (?) and happy ever after !
Idea # 3: Ella and Mandy get spotted by Char, they run, then get away, four monthes later, they end up going to the wedding because the people they're working for demand it, and Ella breaks her spell when Mandy says not to say anything through-out the wedding, and he objects, happy ever after !
Ieda # 4: Isaac end up talking to Char when he comes to the stables to get his horse, they become friends, Char eends up telling Isaac about how he had loved Ella, Isaac realized that it was Ella in the kitchens by putting two and two together ( Ella is clumsy, funny, how she looks, etc...) Isaac tells Char of his suspicions, Char finds Ella, blah-blah-blah, HAPPY ENDING ! YAAY !
PLEASE I beg of you, do not keep us in suspence any longer, please end the story it doesn't even matter how really. Well, okay, I just realized how stupid I sounded, it does matter how it ends...

haha, i liked that a lot. very creative with the latin words i must say, and yes it actually all did make sense. yay!! can't wait to see what happens when she gets to the banquet and what she'll turn into/will happen if she does, etc. and i also like how mandy is kinda annoyed with lucinda, jealous maybe? but i'm glad ella gets to stay at the castle, just don't make her too whiny or annoying, which you haven't yet, but some people have and that's just well annoying. so anywho, good job, keep it up! :D

I'm glad you're getting back into this! It's wonderfully well-written, and pretty thought out compared to some of the other things out there. In short, like it very much. The necklace idea is creative, and I can't wait to see what happens next!
