The first couple paragraphs had me laughing my head off, the fantastical placed you created was so... beautiful, it was so like Luna, yet you expanded her character and gave her so much depth. And then the scene with Severus and the ghost... it was poignant and I confess I was a little misty eyed. For this span to occur in about 6,0 words is absolutely amazing. I love your story. It is absolutely beautiful. Keep up the fantastic work!

The idea of creating a 'happy place' out of magic is very intriging to me and I liked your exploration of the idea. Also, I found Blinky the Frog quite charming. What was your inspiration for him? I loved the idea of a frog wearing swimming trunks, by the way :) Mariel

I decided to read this fic just to see if you could pull it off. Believe me you did more than that. This was amazingly in character and super sweet. And that scene of absolution with Dumbledore outshone everything else. I'll have to come back and reread this. You give both these characters every bit their due.

When Severus had to face Albus, my eyes were filling with tears, and I wasrather like Severus in that a single, solitary tear left its track on my cheek. Luna is such a fabulous character, isn't she? And the idea of a relationship between her and Severus is very intriguing. I've never seen that particular pairing before, but it's going to join a list of my favourite pairings. I like how you worked Luna's ability to see what others don't, what they refuse to see, into your fic. I also like how you took Severus' grief, guilt, and pain and allowed him to face them. All in all, an excellent fic. Thanks for sharing.
Catti666 2007-05-27 ch 1,	abuse: ) that was a real beautiful story! I do like Luna pairings a lot though there really isn't too many of them that I know of. There is one another about Luna and Draco and I just wish people would write more about her. I never thought much about her before fifth book and since then... I just like her. Maybe I'm in a romantic mood but that was a masterpiece! I used to have a ridiculous idea of pairing Hermione and Severus(still insistingly so) and that is a fresh idea in itself. Just loving it!
