That was possibly one of the cutest and most sexy Gojyo/Sanzo stories I have read yet. Ten thumbs up, well, if I had that many thumbs that is. :D

Well,The rest of the chapters lived up to the potential of the first few and more (especially the last one.. at last!) I hope to see MUCH more from this author - this one is not only entertaining and very in touch with the characters, but also pretty much technically flawless - grammatically and stylistically excellent with little or no quirks or bugaboos to distract and bother anal-retentive ex-librarians like me! I especially liked the creative use of quotations- nice touch.

Also thanks for the mini-glossary - as someone relatively new to this "world" I was mostly guessing - the glossary was a big help (might want to put it on the first chapter instead of the last) and will be cut and pasted into my "my documents" for future reference.

This is so frickin great! I'm relatively new to anime, and really new to fanfic and doujinshi, but this is the best I have found yet. I cant stop reading this long enough to watch the anime episodes I have TIVO'd!! If I have ever read anything that both made me laugh AND got me so turned on at the same time, I'll be darned if I can remember it! You really capture the flavor of the guys' personalities -- I have read some other ones, Saiyuki and otherwise, where it's like "well, yeah, that's pretty, but I don't really believe it..." but I can absolutely surrender to this one in joyous abandon :-)... Hope you write more and more and more!!

Let's see... "I thought I'd cured you of that by now." Was very sentimental to me, Gojyo taking a second to catch Sanzo's shower request was really adorable, and the shower scene haunts me now whenever *I* take a shower ^^;;

Ah yes, then there's "You break my heart" which can sum up so many emotions into one unique feeling. Also Sanzo's feelings about Gojyo's scars - how even he can find himself wishing to 'caress, soothe, and heal' them - very nearly make me tear up, what with your 'stamp of suffering' comment and all.

Ah ha, then lastly was how poor Gojyo ruins Sanzo's good moods even he loves them so much. =^^= I believe I then went on to remark that this was one of my favorite stories and that I lost track of how many times I've already read it, but that I will most likely come back to read it yet again in the future.

XD Oh wow, I'd forgotten about Hakkai trying to teach Goku how to play chess! This is similar to an idea for a fic I had just last night - not identical in any way, but it made me remember it. I have no idea where you came up with the glasses idea or Goku asking about the 'Sanzo' and 'Hazel' pieces, but *what* a riot it was! (Wink-wink? Don't you normally 'wink' and *say* 'Wink-wink'?)

Oh, wow, I *just* got the 'bishop'/Hazel thing while I was writing this. ^^;; Sorry!

Kappa Pounce Attack! XD What a tactful maneuver! And LOL at Gojyo checking the bed for sturdiness. That honestly has me giggling inside every single time!

I've said it before, but I'll say it again, 535 makes sense to me, for whatever reason. That said, the fact that Gojyo *asks* Sanzo is, to me, very significant - that Gojyo literally concedes the decision to Sanzo (at least in this case) should be something of note. The reason is that I've always seen Gojyo as being 'eternal seme' yet with that secret longing to be uke. I'm pretty sure that this was the first story that really made me conscious of that way of thinking. True Colors brought the idea to the surface, but this one made it actually work in my mind.

And by the way, I love cuddling =^,^= which is, to me, what 'that nameless, inexplicable bliss' is. However, "until the naughty kappa inevitably opened his saucy mouth" cracks me up EVERY time. "Fluff, fluff, waff, JOKE" is such a wonderful way of breaking the tension yet solidifying the emotion of such scenes. Second case in point: “Shoot me, will ya? With what? With this?” XD

Maybe I just love the kappa too much. =^^=

Man this almost makes me feel bad for Sanzo - Gojyo is *such* a tease and, worst, he *knows* it! XD At least Gojyo decides to 'fix' the problem he himself created, ne? ^^;; Miracle, indeed.

Sorry, this caught my attention: "The next town with dry rooms, a shop for Marlboros, a bar, a restaurant (or three), and a great big roaring fire for him and Hakuryu." Is that even a sentence? oO;; Where's the verb? I know I have to be careful of things like this as a result of editing.

Ah yes, the inevitable giving into your lover. Heh. I think you really got Sanzo's reactions down there. The 'you don't want to want it, but you do' feeling. XD The only thing for me is that I can remember reading and re-reading this part trying desperately to figure out the positioning of their bodies - front to back, front to front, front to side (?), when it changed, etc. I'm sure I still don't know exactly what it is. Even still, the scene does evoke that beautiful sensuality your adoring fans have come to love you for and I admit that it's one of my favorites. =^_^=

Oopsie, missed a possessive: "...even more as Gojyo['s] low groans filled his ear..."

I know how often I read past Sanzo's inner thoughts whenever I need to satisfy my fangirl needs, but it really is beautifully written, showing how far gone Sanzo could get should he ever get into *any* relationship, in my opinion. How he'd done without and now could not, as well as all the expletives tacked onto Gojyo's name, are all a part of Sanzo's very IC reactions to being in a relationship, I think.

Then there's Gojyo and his wonderfully written teasing, yet again. "Sweet tart" indeed. ^^; And *yes* it is their foreplay! Banter! XD It's so cute, too! Haha and of *course* Gojyo wouldn't be deterred by a little wet ground. XD His suggestions are hilariously ... accurate, I bet!

Oh my freaking gosh Goku ... *snort* Wow! Just wow! ^^; That was a beautifully written joke, let me tell you! *Beautiful*! Just. Plain. Funny. *snort*

P.S. More reviews later! And ... I didn't think Sanzo slept with boxers on ... At least, I thought I read somewhere that he doesn't *wear* anything under those jeans. ^^; Perhaps when he's sleeping, he does. Or when he's afraid of dealing with a horny kappa. That works, too, I suppose. XD

Yay for more Hakkai and Goku; they're so wonderfully written here it kills me every time - Goku's wail at having missed breakfast is just *too* funny. I crack up just imagining him whining at the clock, then again at Gojyo bopping him for 10 more minutes of sleep. XD

Gojyo is insatiable ^^; it's too true. The way you wrote half-asleep Sanzo is *great*, since it would naturally take his sleepy brain getting on a specific train of thought to remember the sleeping arrangements (one room). Poor Gojyo ... is 'grumped' a word? O_o;

Gojyo playing 'hurt' must surely work more times than we give him credit for. =^^= 'Cuz that was banter at its finest right there, especially the comments that Sanzo made after toppling him. XD Aww, poor Sanzo having to put up with a horny kappa. Yeah, we totally feel bad for him. ^^; *coughsarcasmcough*

More realistic comments that I love - Sanzo leaning on his elbow to flash the card. And *snort* Gojyo's need for a cold shower. Geez but boys make me laugh at their anatomical needs. Poor Gojyo. :P
