Wonderful! This was extremly special because of the recent death of Paul Newman. I was so surprised and delighted when Butch Cassidy and the Sundance Kid references came up. Now, I ask you, what are the odds of reading a SGA fic with those references in the very week following "Butch's" death at the age of 83? It was wonderful to relive the great scenes from the movie and enjoy a whumpilicious fic at the same time. Thanks so much for sharing your talents and for bringing back some good memories.

Aw...A lovely little team hurt fik. I cackle at Rodney shooting Sheppard in the foot and drool over all the angst as it bounds about. Fav bit, was the image of Rodney standing in the rain, supported by Sheppard and bleeding and shooting the gaurd at the gate. It was just a really nice visual.

Just letting you know that you and your partner in crime Koschka have been my two favorite SGA authors since the beginning, but this is my first chance to actually go back and read more of your works from before the 'Geeks and Goons' series (I hope more of that is coming soon!).
I just had to tell you that every fic you've written is hysterical, especially this one. I got to the part where Ronon got scratched up by the weasels and said aloud "Oh, great, now we have three of four team members whumped. Teyla, do us all a favor and stay out of danger!"

Good story! Cute and funny, and I really enjoyed the team interactions. Not classic SGA style, a lot more details and the shifting POV, but I really enjoyed it and read till the end. Great classic gen fic!

I always skip over the recs that link to this site because i have an intense dislike for them. it's quite irrational, but I can't help the automatic ick factor whenever a fic is recced on this site.

I only read this one because I seriously love The Geeks and Goons series so much that I had to try one of your individual fics. And I'm really glad I did. This was funny, and adventurous, and I can so see it happening on the show. And I think, as you do in the G and G series, you have an EXCELLENT grasp of the character's voices. Don't know how I missed this. What a wonderful story. I like the way you used each characters POV of what was happening. Ending with Beckett was classic. I laughed so hard. Excellently written and I thought you wrote each character they way they truly are.

Haha, this was great. I really appreciate it all being one long entry because I'm just that lazy and don't like having to hit next all the time. Sometimes stories need the resetting of a new chapter, but I think yours flowed together very well and chapters might've made the changing POVs harder to figure out. I really enjoyed the ending, great fun, lots of amusing parts and funny lines, but also a touching feeling to it without being overbearing angsty too mushy for guys to actually be that way (not that I don't enjoy that too), people seemed very in character, like it could've been the end of a show, if they'd ever spend that time with someone in the hospital. Is it the bedpan indeed. :) I just have one question, it the whole insulting Carson re sheep abuse ever from the show or have I just seen it so many times in fanfic that I think it's from the show? It seems very McKay either way. :) I really liked this story, I'm going to enjoy checking out your other stories, I've got to figure out this frog thing... Keep on writing!

I loved this story and how you moved from all their points of view, even retelling some but with that added twist. I thought it was great that Rodney shows signs of becoming a warrior too..."I choose us and he shoots" That would be a real character growth point on the show! Keep up the good work!
