Very interesting. I've never thought of it that way before. Jiraiya makes this much more entertaining since using him makes it more believable. Great fic!

This line sums them up so, so perfectly. ANd I love how I would NEVER have thought of those two as related, but it makes sense, and it works.

Also, the two lines about the books and Jiraya's writing made me squee so hardcore - I love it when there's hints of more things going on in them than just smut.

wow. though i've totally neglected to review your other works, I really love the dark way you write. you seem to have the copyright on angst almost without the angst; your stories seem heavy, but not blatantly so. now delicate, now weighty, this was really, really brilliant. i loved it!

this is pretty good :-) though, pretty much all of your other stuff is, so why would this be any different? well-written (no spelling/grammar errors, yay!) and an interesting idea.
interaction between kakashi and jiraiya is something that has always intrigued me somehow, it seems pretty comfortable and natural and jiraiya seems like one of the few people kakashi can talk to, actually. nice to see it picked up :-)
a blood relation between them is a very interesting idea, I've actually wondered about it myself. both are naturally white-haired, which is a trait that's quite rare even in the ninja world (I'm ignoring mizuki and dan here ;-) ), and jiraiya's lack of a last name leaves open some possibilities as well. wonder if masashi kishimoto planted that plothole on purpose *g* keep up the good work!

very interesting. that would make sakumo and jiraiya brothers. i wonder which one would be the older brother? i think there would be guilt if jiraiya was the older brother and did nothing to help his younger brother. well done! ^_^
