Gorgeous imagery. Your understanding of Andromeda's character here feels so right. Even if you sever ties with your family, they are still a part of your upbringing.

Oh, that's lovely, I'm so glad I didn't read this before because I could discover it now and be thrilled! The segment "November the 2nd" is the most fantastic way of saying SO much more than words can convey, and in so few words, too. The whole story is like that; it's amazing how you can do that. This is like a series of snapshots itself, the most lovely emotional snapshots anyone could take of a life. I'm so amazingly envious and awed. Absolutely fantastic, Noldo!

(And my stars, how could Bowdler do that--would there still be enough left to make a play out of? Hah!)

I love your portrayal of Andromeda - it's completely realistic and a lot like how I imagine her. She's really a very interesting character and you do her justice here. I love how through these snapshots we have a clear view into Andromeda's character and her decisions in life.

Beautiful imagery and descriptions as well; your wording is absolutely phenomenal. Sometimes its almost poetic; your prose is really, really lovely and is really wonderful to read.

You have such a good grasp of sirius's character. You write him amazingly well and I especially love the little insights into why he does what he does.

That was beautiful, almost like poetry. In fact, I think it was poetry, intended or not. I love it and the style of writing you chose to use for it.

I am still madly in love with this story; I think it is one of my favourites that you've written (so far). The imagery is just stunning, and there's something very sweet and simple about it amidst the tragedy. Of course, I'm always fascinated by the Black sisters arc, but this is one of the best ways I've seen it treated.

It makes her seem so human, but even more so Narcissa and Bella. They were once just girls with dreams and I can just picture them having "girl talk", if you know what I mean.

I love the ending. The imagery is exquisite and the loving family atmosphere brought to life. Word choice is perfect. I love how instead of "Takes a picture", you say "frames the evening".

I like this. Lovely language - the images that your words create are very detailed and carry a lot of emotion. I liked the slight lift in feeling at the end: it made the melancholy more easy to bear.
