I can believe that Charlie could get this mad and rant & rage all over the place. Just like he has done in your story. Part of me can totally relate to him creating a scenario where everyone is abashed and wanting to make amends. Good job.

I'm a dog lover and it drives me crazy every time people start talking about animal communicators on my email lists. There is no way I can convince them it's a con (or that the communicators are at least self-deluded). Now I just tell people to look up 'cold reading' and give them a few links. Hopefully some of the lurkers are more open to exploring the pros and cons before they believe.

That was fantastic. And even better, because '"Every single word of that was true."' I even looked up 'cold reading'.

I was getting really excited about maybe another chapter, with a meaningful Don-Charlie talking scene, when I read the last line. Very annoying! But you're still a champion.

Oh damn! He really should have given them a piece of his mind. Too bad it was only a dream. Math-puppy Love that phrase. And he does look like a little lost puppy at times that you just want to give him a hug.

I was also upset at the ep and charlie being the only one who DIN'T belive him. Loved that last line. I laughed out loud.

I'm glad Charlie woke up. It just knocks me out how excrutiatingly uncomfortable so many of Charlie's fans are with the fact that sometimes, he's a little pigheaded and just plain wrong. Really, it's not such an awful thing - people are human.

That was great! I was thinking that Larry and Don gave in a bit too easily until I read the last line. I was frustrated just as much as you with this episode, and I like how you dealt with it!

I was so ticked off by that episode. It glorified the mysticism ever when Charlie was totally right. The team kept assigning way too much to what the psychic said. If the girls weren't drug mules, he probably would have said that sense of pregnancy, of fullness, referred to their burgeoning hopes for the new county.

During that scene with Megan, my family got angry with me because I was yelling, "Cold reading, cold reading! She's the youngest of daughters, anyone could guess they wanted a boy!"

Vis a vis the actual telling of the story, I thought it was good. I liked Larry's slide rule comment, but I thought the dream comment at the end was not needed. It's fanfiction, it doesn't need to dovetail totally with the show.

Okay, so it was a dream? Because Larry was acting a bit weird so I was wondering. It was very well done, though. Especially the parts about the 'math puppy'.
