Where's my Mcdreamy? seriously... seriously!

I like it. In a way, it's so sad; though she's accepted herself, she gave up her family and her friends...
I really really like it. I can't really think of anyway you could improve it.

I've read many oneshots, but few are as good as this one. The only problem with this is that the conversation was a little... short, if you know what I mean. It seemed like it had been cut. Still, the ending is very good.
