Another nice one, Amanda! I love Barnaby -- pretty sharp fellow, isn't he? I also loved the idea of him figuring out the puzzle and deciding to buy the Beacon with his winnings. Having a good part of the crew -- especially Daniel -- working there is poetic justice at its best :-) Too bad for Claymore that he got cheated out of the prize, but he'll survive :-)
Lovely story, Amanda. I really like Barnaby -- and I think it's great the Mark has finally decided to leave Schooner Bay and Carolyn and crew can run the paper! Can't wait to see where that story line goes! Great job, once again!
Wow! Barnaby King...why does that ring a bell? For some reason, I kept picturing Barnaby Jones in my mind. This was a lovely little tale of noticing little things ala Sherlock Holmes. Very good job, ladies, as always. I never regret spending time at Gull Cottage...
