Sasuke looking like a girl? I'm not saying this because I like Sasuke, but honestly, how is he a girl? The fact that his hair is shorn short with bangs parted to either side? I think Sakura looks more like a man than Sasuke would look like a girl, to tell the truth. :D haha.
The first sentence implies a time lapse, when in fact you only decribed the first minute or something of when the girl arrived, so it's out of place. It could use more description if you were planning to continue this, which apparently you aren't because you haven't updated in almost a year. The middle part was decently written though.
Sasuke already has a mob of fangirls after him, called Sakura, Ino and nearly-every-girl-in-Konoha.
