You need to update this. I want to see where you're going with it. You've definitely got a unique concept. Very few people are daring enough to really delve in Wolverine's past.

i liked the idea of the story. as RhiannonUK mentioned it's a bit weird to read about a drunk logan, but otherwise than that i enjoyed it. i like the way you write, it's a good read :) cheers, y

This story has potential. I always like fics that explore Logan's history. However, there are several observations I want to make.

Since you state you had to look up Logan's bio you are obviously unfamiliar with the character and you have made two very fundamental mistakes. Only under exceptional circumstances can Logan ever get drunk - usually when his much vaunted healing factor (hf) has been seriously affected. Otherwise, the hf mops up the toxic effects of alcohol (and just about any other poison or noxious substance) before he can get any "benefit" out of it.

Even when intoxicated it would take more than four people to take Logan in hand. Even before the Weapon X program turned him into a living weapon he was notoriously difficult to subdue given his greatly enhanced strength, matchless fighting skills and plain orneriness.

The Ruger pistol was not manufactured until 1949, its design based on the German LUGER pistol which Logan would certainly have been able to pick up in 1941.

Other than that you are off to a promising start. :0)
