I'm very far from being a Cam hater (and I don't dislike Ol'O'Neil neither so don't shoot me!) but I must admit that made me laught a lot... maybe chocking with fruit-loops would had been worst but, hey, that was original XD

o okay i havent read the story yet and i am a mitchell fan but i really wanted to read you story despite how my gut says not to because it will ruin future thoughts of him. so yeah it better be a good product...

I usually don't leave bad reviews, if I don't like a story I just don't comment but this time I just had too. I'm a fan of Mitchell but I'm all for fics bashing my favorite character becuase they can be a laugh. I like to see my favorite character poked fun at but this... This is just plain tash. it's not funny or well written and there no real story at all. It's plain cruel and the scene with Cam bleeding to death on after impaling himself on the American flag left out after Independence Day is just disgusting and distastful and I'm not even American. You need get a plot and if you want to do Humor, make somethign that's actully funny. The only thing I can see that might be funny is falling over the cat but even that isn't funny. It's just mean spirted, boring and a waste of time.

Have to admit, even if I didn't like the guy, I wouldn't have wished this upon him.

You could have made your complete hate for Cameron a little less obvious and lengthen the fic and made it quite humorous. I love humour in SG1 and Atlantis. I am sorry to say that after Cameron tripped over the cat (that was actually quite funny!!) it just became a character bashing fic. I LOVE RDA and was a fan of his character: Jack O'Neill and was very sad to see him go but I have to say I also like Cameron Mitchell he is a nice guy and not as cynical as Jack...which was starting to grate on my nerves. I just guess I am a huge MacGyver fan at heart and can't see RDA in any other role then the 'nice smart guy' I was never a huge fan of the Jack/Sam thing (I was Janet/Daniel) but I can see why you are upset and I hope you cheer up soon :-) *sends you are BIG hug!* Come on give Cameron a chance I am sure you will like him in the long run. I mean I think that is why Stargate is so popular even when new characters who replace the old and loved ones (which would be disastrous for any other shows) fans just still seem to love the series!!

Well, two things:

2) Wow, 30 reviews with less than 500 word!

This is really poorly done. It's boring, has no plot and isn't particularly witty. I'm sure if you read the exact same fic with Sam or Jack's name substituted for Mitchell's you wouldn't be too impressed. I really like Mitchell and am glad he's on SG-1.

Okay, that was a bit...childish?

First off RDA left the show (even though he still produces) to be with his daughter. If you want to write about the real reason 'Jack' had to leave, why not write about his kid falling down some stairs or something? Oh, I'm sure RDA will gladly return to SG1 for your viewing pleasure.

Cameron was never meant to replace Jack. He's a different character, and I for one, gave him a chance and glad I did. It'll be interesting to see Jack and Camerson interact when the two meet next season. But don't think that Jack will muscle in and take away the dynamic that Mitchell has built up in the past year. He'll help fight the Ori, sure, but don't expect him to show and demand to take over SG1.

Ok, 1) Get over it! Mitchell is NOT going anywhere, 2) If ya hate SG1 so much stop watching it! 3) You are realy childish for writing something like this, 4) If Sam and Jack were ever gonna get together in the series, THEY WOULD HAVE DONE IT BY NOW! Okay...Mitchell may not be my favorite character, but this is taking "hate" to a whole new level. If you really don't like his character then just stop watching the show.

Mitchell and Jack are not alike and Mitchell isn't trying to be like Jack either...incase you haven't notice, all pilots have that weird sense of humor and the "can't keep their mouth shut and always getting into troble" attitude. My friend dor example, he's a Navy pilot, is so much like Jack and Mitchell that it's funny to watch him do anything, and his whole team is like that...

There is a big difference between Jack and Mitchell:
Jack is always the commander and most of the times he tells the others what to do.

Mitchell is like a three-year-old in a candy shop, the young and excited puppy. He lets the others do their own work because he knows that the others have been doing this longer than him so he steps back from being the leader to more of a teammate/helper when the others need it.

Well, I must say that certainly was tasteless. And I feel I must point out that Mitchell is neither trying to be Jack, or is anything like him. Jack was slightly jaded, but had a great sense of humor. Mitchell has his problems, but he is like an excitable puppy, slightly annoying, but there he is. It is not insanity that creates puppy-kickers, but very warped minds. I miss Jack, but RDA has a right to his life. Besides, the Daniel/Mitchell wit kinda cracks me up! I'm sorry you've got some severe prejudices.

FYI: Cameron isn't that bad a guy. It's not like Ben kicked Richard Dean Anderson's ** off the show so he could star in it... Richard Dean Anderson left by himself. It's not Mitchell u should be mad at, it should be Rick (or RDA). Not that I am. I think Cameron Mitchell has a very different personality than Jack O'Neill. Not that I don't like Jack, I love him, but RDA has been in the TV buisness for years... So, doesn't he deserve a break? JACK O'NEILL AIN'T COMIN' BACK! Sure, he'll guest star in a few episodes, but LIVE WITH IT! I, personally, feel like I should stand up for Cameron Mitchell. He seems like a sweet heart. What I wouldn't give to find someone like him in my High School. *sigh* Sorry, stargatecrazy, but that's the way it is... Deal wit' it!
