I tend to start off saying magnificent, but that is the word that comes to mind each chapter I read of this work. There is a wonderful contrast between the main two parts of this chapter, the action filled beginning, and the philosophy of the interview with Guinan. I found I enjoyed the latter since it touched so well on many points and yet was never dry or an information dump.

The conflict in the beginning established the horror of the foe that has taken center stage, and did so without resorting to the usage of excessive gore that is often used as a substitute when setting the stage for horror. The Sinhindrea were also given more dimension during this time without losing any of their alien nature. There wasn't a sympathy developed that happens when many stories does a 'face of the enemy' passage. They are not 2D doing-this-for-evil-sake, nor are they misunderstood, or 'us' just dressed up differently. They are presented as an alien point of view that cannot be co-existed with not without one side or the other giving up what they are.

The end of the chapter was short, simple and effectively chilling. A good way to round this chapter out and set up a desire to read more. Thank you for continuing this.

Great Chapter as always. I've been a fan for years.

You may have made the Sinhindrea a bit too powerful in comparison to the local forces and Federation. The solution seems to be upgrading all available forces.

Why is Babylon 5 still very much vulnerable to Voyager, but can withstand a kamikaze from the Sinhindrea?

Could you publish a Chapter describing the ships available and what similarities they may have with standard Federation ships?
I am presuming that the USS Yeager is the local version of the Defiant class.

And they have started building the Intrepid Class

Apart from the holographic nurses, does Babylon 5 also possess an EMH contingent?

Are the Federation building a backup to Labarre in case they need a bolt hole? A beta site?

...What?!... That's it?! I read through it in only one hour! It's only one and a half hours past my bedtime!

More! More! More!

Whew! I feel exhausted just from _reading_ this chapter! !

Great job, as usual, Al. And, I am suitably puzzled by these new aliens; the Oriens. Are they the blue-skinned race (with the quill-like hair) from that B5 Rangers movie?

Awesomelicious! A magnificent addition to the saga. Loved the highs and lows presented in this chapter. Especially the sense of a cavalry coming with Barkesh and the fact Kosh didn't care anymore. No deception, no hiding, he was fighting to do the right thing. It was a great moment among many powerful passages in this update. Loved the use of ISN to increase the tension, it was a well used, but not over used. Great cutaways to the Orieni, especially their view of Vorlon, Shadows and now the Sinhindrea. There were victories to go around in this update, and all of them hard won.

Welcome back, Al! It's been way too long. But, with regard to his chapter? Well worth the wait.

I especially loved Guinan's speech! I just hope the viewers who tuned in prove as good at listening as El-Aurians.

Magnificient! A great balance between action and people behind those acts. I found myself more drawn to Guinan's interview and the Presidential meeting overall, however there was also plenty of suspense and the notion that survival was not necessarily a victory. Wonderful build up near the end with Wesley as well as the Clovien command ship. While this chapter did not make it feel as if all was lost there was still a very palatable sense of something horrible, like a Lovecraft story. Thank you for another wonderful addition to this tale you're telling.

You've presented a unique challenge for both the fed's and b5 crew. You've manage to put in the third space ark of b5 and made it into a war of survial and genocie. Still, it's getting interesting as how everything is unfolding. I can't wait for the next chapter and see how wesley and the gm come out on this attact,

Two things: It appears to defeat the Yonji Sinhindrea a genocide will be required. Based on your story line that they came back from near extingsion several time. Even being from an alternate timeline the Star Fleet personnel should be against genocide.

Second the advanced Voyager had difficulties with Yonji Sinhindrea. Star Fleet only has four less capable ships and even the upgraded B-5 universe ships require a 5 or 6 to 1 advantage to defeat a YS ship. The YS have hundreds of ship and are construting many more. Things do appear difficult which is great for a story. Good job!
